You could not get a better located property. It’s only 150 metres from the Main Street of Ubud a short walk to Monkey Forest Road and the Ubud Palace. In amongst some great dining options. The hotel is well maintained and has a beautiful pool surrounded by a stunning and lush manicured tropical garden. The staff are all so helpful nothing is too much trouble and any small issues are dealt with immediately. comfortable rooms and bedding. I stayed in both a deluxe room and the 1 bedroom pool Villa which was divine!

Nothing - Having stayed at other properties in Ubud this is great for people who don’t like a lot of steps as it’s on relatively flat ground.

very centrally located - yet quiet and peaceful. good large rooms - but obviously renovated. large bathrooms

poor breakfast and layout of the bathrooms not very good - obviously an old property that was renovated. not enough power points in the room - and no power socket provided for electric kettle. had to unplug a lamp and place the kettle on the floor to heat up water. poorly designed electrical layout

Samhita Gardens is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet and beautifully landscaped. It has excellent restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away. I stayed in one of the stunning, and very spacious, villas. It was like walking into heaven every day, after a day out exploring. The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful private pool. The staff at Samhita are very warm, professional and friendly. They really make the resort special and go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend staying at Samhita Gardens, Ubud.

Never want to leave. Pool villas are heavenly but so too are the upstairs rooms. Beautiful peaceful gardens. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Samhita Garden and I have to say that the staff truly made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly faces that were eager to help with anything we needed. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Their welcoming and accommodating nature truly made us feel at home. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, making sure our room was always clean and well-stocked with fresh linens and amenities. They were polite and professional, and always took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Samhita Garden to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The staff's friendly and accommodating nature truly made our visit unforgettable, and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The hotel is a jewel in the middle of busy Ubud. Beautiful garden, a lot of nature, lovelly pool, amazing breakfast. Everything is perfect! Me and my family had a great time there. The hotel is close to several restaurants, pharmacies, mart, so it's very well located. We can go to Ubud Palace, Ubud Market and Water Palace walking, just few minutes far.

I liked everythig. But I would recommend to all travellers to bring a repealent for mosquitos. But that is a tip for all over Bali.

We loved the hotel, it has a nice atmosphere and the location is very good as you are close to the center and many nice restaurants. The room is well decorated and spacious.

The shower head could be better; the hairdryer is a very simple and weak one, it just doesn't match with the hotel standard that is very good in other aspects. The door inside the bathroom that goes to the toilet was warped so it was impossible to go to the toilet in the middle of the night without making so much noise. To be honest, I didn't let the hotel know about the problem with the door; maybe if I did, they could have fixed it.

Location was close walking distance to many bars, restaurants, mini marts etc. I was pleasantly surprised that we had a private pool at our villa because when booking it was unclear if this was the case. Our booking just said "some villas have a private pool". Grounds were beautiful & well maintained. Turn down service included lighting of mosquito coils which was very useful as I get bitten quite badly usually. Staff were friendly & welcoming.

The tiny key to the tiny padlock to lock your villa was frustrating - I feel a better solution could be sought. Our villa private pool was full of leaves & I didn't see anyone attend to this during our 2 day stay. Staff were friendly & welcoming but it was very difficult to communicate with front desk staff due to limited English. Breakfast was very very very basic. I got a cheese omelette and boy did they go heavy on the cheese. It was almost inedible but I didn't want to offend. We ate elsewhere the next morning.

Location was right in the heart of main Ubud but still very peaceful. Walking distances to all amenities. Great restaurants along the main streets. Breakfast was amazing - table service, freshly cooked to order eggs, bacon, fresh juice, fresh fruit & pastries. Room was huge with lots of areas to move. Large single beds (king single), spacious bathroom with two showers. Pool area nice & quiet with sun beds & temperature good for swimming. Will definitely book again!!
