Fantastic accomodation very close to the center and Monkey Forest. comfortable bedroom, very clean. Nice swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. we could check in after 12pm and leave our baggage after check out. Thank you!

I liked the room, the pool, the location and the staff.

The restaurant was being renovated so it was no possible to use it. I was looking forward to having breakfast there as on my previous visits to this hotel, but instead I had to have a breakfast in a nearby café. It was nice café, but they didn't do the usual muesli breakfast I had on my previous visits at Meruhdani hotel. For Meruhdani guests who paid for their breakfast when checking in, the café offered only set breakfast menu and were not willing to make an exception to change it. It would have been better not to pay for breakfast when checking in, but instead to buy a breakfast every morning - this way the breakfast menu had more options to choose from.

Quiet location. Cleaning staff was excellent, especially Alvin ? I think that was his name. He was a short, extremely courteous, very helpful man , who always had a big smile.

One of the girls at front end was a little snooty. And they sent a note saying they were spraying for bugs, but neglected to say leave your room. The room, even with the door closed, filled with big killing fog so much so you couldn't see a foot in front of you. There is a place for breakfast, some sites include it, some dont. It is at a restaurant next door. Walk in customers got better menu and larger portions. No TV options unless you have your own netflicks account.

Great location. not as hectic as Monkey Forest Road but plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Can recommend Ikigai at the hotel entrance for sushi. Pistachio further down the road if you feel like splashing out a little. There are too many options to choose from! The why not bar next door does great cocktails and live music. Nice pool with sun loungers and towels. Nice sized room with balcony. Cleaned very well every day. Free bottled water, tea and coffee in room. The staff are super friendly and polite. Good value for money. An excellent base from which to explore Ubud.

Just off the main road in Ubud so it's a little less hectic and relaxed. Simple rooms and bathrooms that are spotlessly clean and everything worked fine. Hot water is great, wifi is good, a couple of English language TV channels inc ABC Australia. The restaurant isn't operating at present but Cafe Pukako, which is right in front of the hotel has great meals and *excellent* coffee. The pool area is fabulous!

The room was comfortable but there was only a quilt to have on top of us whilst sleeping. I realise that's the fashion but it was far too hot, in humid Ubud. I had to ask for a sheet (they only had fitted) which was a great relief to have, so we could sleep comfortably.

Great location. Lots of really nice coffee shops on the same road. Wished I booked the breakfast to be included. Ended up eating breakfast at the hotels restaurant twice (which is next to the hotel). Room looked better than the photos! Bathroom really nice. Pool relaxing but very cold. I’d go again and happy to travel by myself next time.

All was good!

Our room was beautiful and clean. It was on the 3rd floor and overlooked the pool and a gorgeous green canopy. The terrace was set up very comfortably with a table and chairs and a couch. It was a lovely place to lounge. The pool too was lovely. It is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in Ubud.

The staff did not rate a 10, but only because of a misunderstanding regarding transport to our next location. I believe it was just an honest error by one staff member. In all other ways the staff were excellent.

Very good location with shops and restaurants around. The reception open 24 hours which is great. The room is big and comfortable. I found the pillows too big as I normally sleep with small, when we told the staff they provided even 2 small pillows for me which is super kind! Breakfast is delicious, room service is great. Laundry cleaning is quick! They clean the room everyday! Outside area and the garden gives a breathtaking view. The garden is very clean and organized they clean it everyday. Our room was the closest one to the lobby on the corner and room door is glass so you can hear the staff and the music from early morning until late night. Surprisingly it was not bothering us. I loved the relaxing music, the noises of the nature and the staff in the lobby was quiet. They have a lovely dog Kemal he spent plenty of time with us☺️ I can say a big thank you for the hotel and the staff they truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Little bit of mold in the bathroom.

The location, very close to the centre, shops, restaurants and bars. the pool is rather small but very nice. I had a pick up from the airport which went smooth. the breakfast is at the restaurant next door, you can order from a menu. The staff was nice, attentive and available whenever I had questions. again, book this hotel for the location, close to the main things but still in a quiet area.

The room has sliding doors that do not close very well so it takes time to keep the room at a nice temperature. plus some little insects can come by but nothing to big or scary. I booked a private tour with the hotel but it turned out to be a tour where you get driven around. there is no actual tour and although the driver was nice, he didn’t go in to the places or he didn’t say a lot about the places I visited.
