For my family, the location was ideal. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Ubud, but feels quiet, and removed from the hustle and bustle. I especially enjoyed walking in the opposite direction from the center of town, towards a smaller village and several restaurants. Rhada Phala provided a respite from the overly touristy main streets of Ubud. The "welcome drink" was also unique and refreshing--they gave me the recipe! Half the staff was very attentive and kind.

The two lowlights were the buffet breakfast--several of the dishes appeared to be reincarnations of the previous evening's leftovers. I would have been happier with less food variety, and higher quality. Also, while half the staff was wonderful, the breakfast staff often seemed bothered when we asked for a refresh of coffee or tea.

The staff always greeted us with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us to book transfers and tours. The pool area was wasn't huge, but had a beautiful outlook and was very relaxing and there was enough space for everyone. The onsite spa was also beautiful and relaxing and the treatment was wonderful. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Ubud, however there is a shuttle service to and from Ubud and most tours pick you up from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Radha Phala Resort & Spa and would recommend it to friends and family!

everything, the room was huge and clean, had everything we needed and more. the hotel itself was so quiet and serene. THE STAFF WHERE SUPER AMAZING. everyone was kind and friendly and quick to help. Room service was great, the Spa treatments where awesome and relaxing we spent so much time in the pool it was always clean. the restaurant had basic but great selection of international and Indonesian food. they accommodated our dietary requirements so well. There is a free shuttle service to Ubud town (10 min drive) we used every day. it was my partners birthday while we stayed here and they bought a birthday cake for her and the whole restaurant team came out to sing it was a big surprise and so kind and sweet. I will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ubud

everything was PERFECT. nothing to dislike

We had a great stay at the resort. We were looking for something last minute to escape the busy live of Ubud for the remaining two days we were staying in this area. Location is perfect as it is super quited and has a lovely outside area and a nice pool to relax. And it is still close to Ubud center that you can go easily to Ubud Center within 15 minutes drive for dinner, etc. We slept very well, as the beds are very comfortable:)

Value for money is very good :) just as a recommendation, with some smaller tweaks rooms could be modernized and even be better.

The hotel, gardens and swimming pool were really beautiful. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Ubud surrounded by small rice fields but there are many nice cafe's and restuarants nearby. The rooms were very large, comfortable and clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. After a busy day sightseeing in central Ubud it was so nice to come back to the peace of this hotel.

The Wi-fi was not very good in the rooms. But then we didn't come for the internet.

Literally everything. It was my third time in Bali and this Hitel exceeded all my expectations, so far one of the best places to stay in the island. Check in was easy and they offer you a welcome drink. The room and bathroom were big, bright, super clean. The room smells super good and they also offer you free mosquito medicine (which is super useful). Swimming Pool was amazing, the food great, and the assistance I received from all staff was exceptional. Wifi super strong even during strong rains - I was able to work during my whole stay and attend long zoom calls. This place is for sure a 10/10 (=

Everything was perfect.

It was a pleasing surprise in terms of value for money. The affordability of the place did not compromise the quality of the services provided, making it a truly worthwhile experience. So its a very good mark from me. The accommodation was large ,comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and hospitable, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The on-site restaurant offered a good brekky at fair price, contributing to the overall convenience.

Some rooms had dump smell but we was not stayed there.

We loved every minute of our stay here. This place is perfect for travellers to Ubud. The hotel have their own taxi service who dropped and picked us up from wherever which made us feel so safe. The staff could not do enough for you they were so lovely. The hotel room was so nice and clean - we stayed in 4 hotels during our time in Bali and this was by far our favourite and we could not wait to come back to this hotel after each stay elsewhere.

There is nothing to fault about this property
