Beautiful property with walking trails along a river. It appeared that all the rooms had a beautiful view (with balcony) overlooking 1 of 2 infinity pools and the rice fields. Great sunrises to be seen from your balcony if you are up early enough. The rooms were a nice size with minibar and 2 bottles of water provided daily. I ate breakfast buffet a couple of times and ordered room service many times. The food was always excellent and all of the staff in restaurant and those who brought the room service were so pleasant and personable. The prices (even room service) were very reasonable. I visited the spa twice. First time, I only had a 1 hr massage and it was 1 of the best massages ever for only appx $30 USD! That was with a service charge already included. I tipped her a little more because it was so wonderful. I went again 2 days later and got a 3 hr package (1 hr massage, 1 hr facial and 50 min body scrub) and it was less than $100 USD! SO relaxing and peaceful. Staff in the spa (and everywhere else at the Seres) were always so welcoming going above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The location of the property is very close to Ubud city center and so many of the landmarks/attractions/shopping in the Ubud area. A shuttle is available for appx $5 USD from the Seres to Ubud Palace (city center). But taxis are available as well for anywhere you need to go. Transportation is no problem and was always available relatively quick from the Seres.

There is a small natural spring pool on the walking trail near the river. It didn't appear to have been cleaned in a couple when I went to get in so I decided not to use it. But that's really the only thing that I can say was ever "not clean". And it rains here frequently so it is possible it had been cleaned daily and I just went after a hard rain.

We travelled with 2 kids and they were really looking forward to the kids club. We found it's more like a play room. There is a a ball pool and computer games. The room is not staffed. As our kids are a little older, we could let them go and play there but we did check in on them regularly to make sure they were OK and behaving themselves 😊.

Very comfortable stay. We had pool access rooms facing infinity pool and rice terrace view. Rooms were comfortable. Pool was a bit small but good and infinity pool with awesome rice terrace views. Rain shower in the bathroom was proper rain shower with a good water pressure. Bathroom is also very neat and clean. Hotel views were awesome and location is at a very quiet location. Hotel is very clean, and very comfortable. staff is very nice with prompt service and greeted warmly everytime. Breakfast was sufficient. Wish we could have stayed more. Overall we enjoyed stay in ubud as our best stay in bali, a big reason was this hotel also. There is nothing outside hotel. But grab food is allowed for anything we want to order. Hotel provided taxis at reasonable rates for going out since pickup by online taxis is not allowed in this area. But drop by grab/gokek is allowed

The views from the hotel are very nice (view to rice terrace from the room and a piece of jungle from the spring swimming pool ), the room is confortable and staff very kind & helpful. And the view from the massage room is fantastic, the massage itself is good too

- The food on the restaurant for dinner was not tasty at all (we tried a vegetable pizza and fish & chips ) and I got one fresh coconut with no taste either. - the breakfast is not bad but not a quality of 5 stars - Some locals taxis in front of the hotel are blocking the road for Grab & Gojek to force you taking taxis with them and pay more.

This hotel is really nice. The swimming pool is really cool with a view over some jungle and rice terraces. The staff are really friendly also gave me a gift, a water bottle, after having stayed here. Location is like 20 minutes drive away from ubud center but you can ask reception to provide a taxi (that you have to pay for) to ubud center. You can also ask them for taxi drivers and tours to all sorts of different locations around in bali. Would reccomend staying here it's a good and cheap 5 star hotel worth the money.

The food was pretty terrible. Not much at all in the way of authentic balinese dishes like things with rice, spices and vegetables. If you like authentic asian food I wouldn't recommend staying here as pretty much all of the dishes are just boring western things that you can buy at a Mcdonalds or some western restaurant. They also don't serve champaign/sparkling wine by glass which can be kind of annoying for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent location. Awesome for couples and families. 10mins away from city centre so you get peaceful quiet nights in and just far away from the hustle and bustle. Very safe place with onsite security. The mini mart, shops, money exchange, restaurants and pharmacy/chemists are literally 5 minute drive. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially tama) and they were always happy to help out for our queries and needs. The hotel, rooms, beds and facilities are really great too! Awesome hotel! Will visit again!

Location was beautiful. Hotel staff were really nice. My room was very comfortable. The pool was very clean and the kids enjoyed their swim. I enjoyed the yoga there. My mum used the spa and enjoyed it immensely.

The activities were not well advertised. As the hotel was far away from the city centre, the activities should be advertised and promoted so guests can take advantage of the offerings. I did not manage to go to the spa as it was booked out. There is a buffet dinner twice a week from 7-10pm. It would be great to have an early sitting too however our kids normally eat at 5pm, they could not wait!
