Beginning to look a little dated. Could do with refurbishing. Property does look a lot more grand and appealing on the website .

The location the view you get there is amazing

-the food was bland we couldn’t eat there so we left the morning breakfast to go for outside restaurants. -The yoga instructor was rude. We booked yoga class first time in my life to relax after just being admitted to hospital 2 days for severe food poisoning. i did my best as i have no food in me for days and with an old wrist injury i modified some poses. At the end she turns to me alone instead of addressing the whole class and goes “you should practice more” bit*h🤣🤣! Rude im here to “relac” as she likes to say.

Everything was excellent. The staff were exceptional, attentive and very friendly. Absolutely loved the stay here. The location and the views were amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything that you needed. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool was a stunner and had forest views. The breakfast buffet was great and we were looked after by the staff very well. Must stay accommodation and would definitely stay there again whenever we are back!

The dinner was mediocre and the meat that I had didnt taste that good. Apart from this everything else was top notch

We liked how beautiful the resort was. Quiet and tucked away. Friendly staff, always smiling.

We didnt like being charged for a bottle of wine which we were told was complimentary bu the usher. Furthermore the food was over priced and a serviced charge was added to our bill everytime. We dis not get to decide what the tip would be. The portions were also pretty small.

The staff were super friendly and efficient in performing their duties. They were at all times super attentive to the guests needs and requirements. The restaurant, both in its setting, its menu and service was again, excellent.

Just about the only negative was the incredibly noisy pump located just below the hotel. This made for a relaxing time around the pool not so achievable. It was jarring and worked well to take the sublime out of the beautiful location.

We stayed in a villa with a private pool and it was one of the most gorgeous hotels we’ve stayed at. It was so clean and beautiful. The pool was lovely and the trees/plants enabled total privacy. The bed was comfy and overlooked the pool, which was so lovely to wake up to. The bathroom was big and spacious and the air con was amazing, kept us cool throughout the night. We really did not want to leave. The staff were amazing and so kind/professional at all times. Thank you so much!!

This was a beautiful property with an amazing view from both the pool and rooftop bar. The staff were attentive and brought us welcome drink/food on arrival. The bed was the comfiest I have ever layer in, and even though the location is south of the centre of Ubud it was a short drive. We had hired a driver for some of our time here who was able to take us to all the sites, Grab is also really easy to order. The breakfast was superb especially the French toast and pancakes. We also managed to get some last minute laundry done even though we were outside the timings and the staff made sure this was done before we left!

The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was incredible. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, really spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and there were lots of options which were delicious, the chef was amazing and will go the extra mile. A scooter or taxi is required to go into town as it’s around a 20 minute journey and the traffic can be really bad so takes longer.

Food and drinks at the property are expensive.

Great hotel with large clean and modern rooms and the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the jungle/rice fields. Every member of staff is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is one of the best we experienced in Bali.

The only small point we can make is: The road going down from the hotel rooms to the pool area has a short but a rather steep slope and it’s not easy walking down with flip flops

Credits where credits are due! We've been visiting Bali for years and stayed in several hotels/resorts around and in Ubud, and this one was by far the best. - The location of the hotel is not right in the Ubud centre but don't let that discourage you, it is just a short ride to the Ubud centre (the ride is not as long as shown on Google Maps), and you are away from the city noise, surrounded by beautiful nature. - Additionally, the hotel has a shuttle to the city centre a few times a day if you don't/can't drive or don't want to pay for/order transport. In our case, the staff helped us arrange a bike rental. - The staff is exceptionally thoughtful, very kind, polite, and always smiling, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy. They genuinely care about their guests. - You barely notice the presence of the housekeeping staff as they seem to do their best to be quiet in the hallways and when they clean the surrounding rooms - very appreciated. Fast room service. - The rooms are beautiful and spacious (much more than in the photos), the beds are comfortable, the bathroom has all the amenities you need, and the housekeeping is doing a great job keeping the rooms and hotel in general clean. - We really appreciated the solid soundproofing of the rooms - I am a light sleeper, and I slept well here. - Breakfast is yummy, and so are lunch/dinner meals. They also serve delicious cocktails/mocktails by the pool area and at the rooftop bar (both have fantastic valley views!) - The pool and the pool area are stunning! Beautiful views, a sufficient amount of sunbeds, and there's even a small reading corner with books to read on the upper pool deck. - We attended the complimentary morning yoga lesson, and it was great. We were pleasantly surprised. We've already booked another stay in a couple of days, which is, in our opinion, reasonable proof of how wonderful this resort is.

Very minor - maybe the closing time of the pool bar/restaurant could be a bit longer, now it's closing at 6pm.
