food menu needs to improve

Very clean & beautiful hotel at a nice location. Staff is very polite, friendly & helpful. The best part of the hotel is the infinity pool. Very clean & hygienic kids play room. Highly recommend to someone who wants to come & relax with excellent services. Can’t wait to visit again.

Variety of vegetarian food is less.

Amazing staff. Very friendly staff with exceptional atitude. Always welcoming, kind and helpful. Amazing infinity pool. Huge executive suite with lots of space. Big screens, comfy beds, huge bathrpom. Very much attention was paid and surprises were made (we got a gift a baby bath set for our 9 month old daughter). Great breakfast with lots of choices and very rich. Great opening times. Small but comfy gym that can be used 24h a day.

Food at the Tall Trees restaurant is expensive but for our personal taste (me and my wife) was average. We were expecting more as all of our previous dines at other resorts or restaurants were much better. Although the resort says they use fogging against mosquitos, at around 7-8 pm the elevators were filled with mosquitos that made my ride to the 8th floor annoying. As a doctor myself I am very well aware that one of these can spread serious diseases… An airconditioner should at least be implemented in the elevators to reduce humidity and mosquitos… The housekeeping should clean under the wooden barrels inside the bathroom. These are heavy, but if you move them, you can see that it has been standing there a long time and the floor stinks.

Pool and view are stunning, jacuzzi. Very good and various breakfast and buffet at all, kitchen was agreed to cook dish my daughter wanted - highly recommended. They have rabbits :)

This is not a big problem - but really nothing to see around a hotel, pretty far to any restaurant.

Breakfast was one the best highlightsof the stay. Chef Sebastian and team run a very good breakfast service, very friendly too. High attention to detail and top quality service. Abundant options, always full and very tasty. Halal vegetarian and other dietary requirements are very respectfully catered for. We also tried the dinner and lunch options which weren't too bad either. Check in process was very smooth and swift Room was spectacular, spacious, modern and very clean. The white tea soaps and lotions were one of the best smelling ive smelled in many a luxury hotels. Facilities are amazing, we quite enjoyed the pool and kids area. The pool attendants and staff were very attentive. Westin gave us a complimentary photo as a part of a photo shoot. The photographer was quite good and did a great job. Affordable prices for good quality pictures Checkout process was equally smooth. I would highly recommend staying here in ubud.

Staff in kids area can be bit more engaging as they seemed a bit bored being there but no problems with handling kids. May be increase range of activities for kids.

The staff went above and beyond at this hotel. Couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, wonderful swimming pool and breakfast.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Westin Ubud. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, I particularly loved the the hotel activities such as a guided morning run, yoga and breathing techniques classes. My son loved the kids club, and how all staff made him feel very special! Buffet was lovely with a great range of options available. Overall, our stay was the perfect way to start our 3-week holiday!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff went out of the way to cater to our vegetarian needs especially Citra in Tabia restaurant. The property and the rooms were tastefully done. The pool and the view from pool is highlight of the hotel and we had a carol singing session one day with snacks and drinks offered to guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book the hotel again. They also have kids club with paid and unpaid activities generally for A$10.
