Beautiful building, staff wonderful, beds comfy, accommodating on booking, freed up room for extra night, great deals, waiters went above and beyond to feed my son who is fussy eater, staff were very helpful and apologetic when intoxicated people in room next door to me, leisure centre accommodated for quick swim to stretch after driving long distance, I would highly recommend and would stay there again

Just little things/easy fix, just writing for staff to be aware/feedback: No drinking water in rooms, but restaurant accommodated Coffee beans burnt first morning, machine not switched on at 9am second morning so no cappuccino for breakfast, but available to buy a few doors down

Location fantastic, rooms very comfortable although a little warm .. staff very friendly and accommodating. Beds where fantastic, like sleeping on a cloud

The 'irish' breakfast was not great, poor quality Sausages served and not a bit of potato/soda bread Toaster, cereals, bread where all clustered in the same area so it was too hard to get to buffer with people standing about . But more choice of breads would be good. The hall fans corridors where dusty and in bed of a bit of TLC l. Towels where hard and didn't have a great smell (not dirt smelly but whatever they are washed in) these would be easy fixes to leave it a perfect stay

Breakfast buffet very good, piping hot and good choice, plenty cold options too. Room very good, large comfortable bed, big window with an amazing view, peaceful and quiet, room was at the back so I can't say how it might have been with the rooms at the front. Would definitely return to this very lovely hotel in the future. Donegal itself was vibrant, so much choice of pubs with excellent music and the restaurants were fantastic. It boasts a highly recommended Indian restaurant which we highly recommend

No actual hotel parking, however the public carpark is just down the road from the hotel entrance, its only a few metres but with going out for the day, on returning parking spaces were few and far between. I appreciate due to its location there's nothing the hotel can do about this. As I'm disabled it was disappointing there was no disabled access to the lounge bar, everywhere else was easily accessible.

Breakfast was good location good but most of all the staff were excellent customer service when we arrived was above and beyond the gentle man on receception went out of his way to access another room for us due to mobility issues this was very much appreciated also staff in the resturant were great very entertaining had a great way of making guests feel really special

Just one little thing found the mattress to firm for us it was room 207 but that's the the only one thing everything else in the room was amazing

Location was in the centre of the town. Bar on site was lively. Beds were comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Check in staff were efficient. The vending machine at the corridor is handy. There is a pool, we didn't use it but it's nice to have the option. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel and would return if visiting Donegal town again.

Room was quite warm. There is no parking on site but a large public car is very close by and cheap to use. No water in the room. Check out is early at 11, all other Irish hotels I've ever stated in are 12.

The property was centrally located. There was no parking at hotel . There was parking just around corner from hotel which was reasonably priced. It was 2.70 for day parking. The hotel was spotless. Rooms were adequate size. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel had two restaurants. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. I would recommend the hotel if looking for a quiet break. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in the town. The town itself was nice but not much to do. There was castle, railway museum and canal trip. Most of this would be done in a day. There was plenty of entertainment on at night all around the town and in hotel. The town itself had not much to do.

The first room we were assigned was unacceptable because it was too small and had an uncomfortable double bed. The window view was a concrete wall. We requested another room and got a lovely large upgrade with a great view of the bay, and furnished with two beds, a very comfortable queen and a single. The spacious room was ideal for 4 nights. The staff at the hotel was wonderful-pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. A full Irish breakfast buffet was offered every morning with lighter choices available as well, such as yogurt and oatmeal. The dinner restaurant was good, and we ate several times on the outdoor patio overlooking the bay. All restaurant staff members were charming.

This hotel was nicely located in the center of town within walking distance to many pubs with live music. Blazers restaurant was a big hit with an awesome waiter. I had a really good steak for dinner. A bonus is right when we were about to hit the road to the next destination the cleaning staff found our credit card we thought we lost earlier in our trip. They called us right away and we were able to unlock it and keep using it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Rooms were a little stuffy when it got hot and humid out and with the window open you can hear some street noise when the bars let out. There was a trade off between privacy from the full length windows facing the street and having window ventilation. With a chair holding the blackout curtains away from the window we were able to make it work.

I had a bit of a personal issue when booking in and was unsure if I could stay or not but lucky I was able to. The reception staff were more than helpful and accommodating

I loved my stay from start to finish. My first time staying here but I will definitely be back. By mistake I took room key home by mistake and when they called they were so nice and realised was taking home by mistake and were very understanding

From the pictures on the website when i looked up the family room i thought i would be sleeping in one room with my kids for the whole trip. But it was a very big, two room suite (284B!). The staff was very nice. Our neighbours had an ongoing screaming match with their kid and eachother, but when i called the reception they picked it up without hestistation and fixed it for us. The kids loved the english breakfast.

The beds where oke, a bit to firm for my taste, but big and clean and nice sheets. The doors where smudgy, especially the bathroom door. That should have been better. You do not want to wonder what the brown smudge is on a bathroom door... Also it was very hot indoors. We kept open all the windows and still where sweaty although it wasn't very warm out. But that might be an irish thing because we thought it was everywhere very warm indoors. They apparently don't have an energy crisis there maybe.
