Fantastic location, a brief one kilometre walk to all of the authentic Irish pubs, dancing and live music in Donegal town. The facilities were first rate. The bar and restaurant were welcoming and reasonably priced. The hotel decor was tip top throughout . Everything was as clean as clean can be. The staff were faultlessly polite and helpful. Our ground floor room was enormous and had a back door onto the rear car park so we could retrieve our suitcases from the car right outside our door. The swimming pool was really clean. The hot tub was hot, and the ambience was delightful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It could not have been better.

This is our second time staying in Mill Park Hotel and I have to say it was the nicest hotel I stayed in from the staff to the food excellent I enjoyed my first stay here 2years ago and when we arrived back for our second stay here on 31 July to the August 4 2023 it was just as excellent as our first stay. The food was beautiful and great value too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone they could not improve on a thing thank you Mil Park for a lovely break once again we will be back again keep doing what ye doing as it was excellent.

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and good amenities. The food in the restaurant was great and we were very happy with our stay there.

The rooms are a good size and modern however our room was not at the level of cleanliness I would expect of a 4 star hotel. The floor area under the beds did not appear to have been vacuumed. The tray with kettle and cups also contained a used teaspoon and the toilet could have been better cleaned. This happened on our latest stay. we have been at this hotel before and have been very happy with the cleanliness.

Booked hotel for our honeymoon and reception upgraded our room. The room was very spacious, with a large comfy bed and excellent facilities in the room. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes leisurely walk into town, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful gardens and plenty of on-site parking. Would definitely recommend and return for my next visit to Donegal.

All outdoor seating area is non smoking. There is a smoking hut, but it would benefit from adding a stool to sit on.

Sparkling clean and comfortable, well laid out spacious room, comfortable beds, good walk-in shower cubicle with non-slip floor, lift working, lots of sockets to charge phones etc. Wifi works well. Nice clean swimming pool and excellent restaurant. Staff are friendly. The hotel has a good number of staff to look after guests. Pleasant environment.

We found it hard to tune the TV to RTE.

Room was nice except the bathroom presented. And the breakfast was 5 star.

When booking the room, a bathroom with a stand-alone bath and bathroom suite was presented at booking in booking.com. The bathroom we got was basic and not what was advertised. Having such a short stay we decided not to report the matter as the evening was already upon us. Shortage of car chargers also for the new EV cars. One charger was occupied from the Checkin time and still occupied at 10.30 the following morning by the same car.

The food was brilliant throughout - even when I complained about a dish, it was rectified

No air conditioning! It was very hot for Ireland, but the staff had no idea how to manage the conditions other than by providing a fan, which was fine but closing curtains in room and windows when it is sunny helps a lot but was not done. I had to block open the room door to get some reduction in stuffy and hot conditions

I liked this hotel as it was new and well laid out the attention to detail was second to none the room was huge and well laid out the bed was huge and very comfortable the owner and the staff were fantastic it was the best hotel i ever stayed in ireland i will be back to vist this hotel in the very near future the food in the restaurant was super as well as the breakfast plenty of choice was available as well as gluten free products which my partner required

Nice and clean! Great restaurant! Excellent breakfast buffet! Rooms were spacious, clean, well lit. Excellent value! We booked a mix of hotels and B&B's all with excellent ratings, however Mill Park exceeded our expectations! Thanks for a terrific stay and experience.

A bit tricky to get back into. No onsite laundry, however there was an "outdoor laundry" facility across the street at the local gas station, which served the purpose well (glad the weather was good!).

The property was great. Clean room, good parking, comfortable bed, all the things u look for in a good hotel. The staff was pleasant. The dinner was not good. The food was not good and the service was not the best. I think they were understaffed , as a lot of places today. But the breakfast was great and the service was a little better. The atmosphere of the dining area was ok. Other than the dinner, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there and dinner somewhere else.
