Great location, just few metres from Jaffa street and tram. The room looked nice according to lower price.

I had some issues with wifi but later in the evening everything was smooth. It was quite cold in the room and the air condition was quite weak to heat the room. But mostly we liked the hotel.

Great location. Easy train from airport to lite rail station Central Jerusalem then 4 stops to hotel. Walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants. Great value in an area where other hotels are much more expensive.

Room was pretty small with only one chair. Basic bathroom with some bugs and problems with shower. Cleaning service only in early morning so when we slept in past noon we didn't get the room cleaned. Balcony is narrow and opens onto courtyard shared by restaurant/bar that was loud at night. Hotel desk was not always staffed so it was difficult to receive a FedEx delivery. Beware everything shuts down here Thursday evenings and remains closed Fridays and Saturdays.

Very good location, good price and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. We left the hotel during the morning and about 30 min later we realized that we have forgotten a phone, unfortunately we had already left Jerusalem and there was no chance we could go back to the hotel since we were leaving the country that exact day. Hotel arranged a private transportation for our phone, and only charged an extra fair amount. We are beyond thankful and happy about how they dealt with the situation. Special thanks to the people working at the reception. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice hotel, close to the old city and with great service.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Staff were friendly, great location. Clean modern rooms with good amenities. Housekeeping daily with fresh towels. The breakfast was quite impressive, and although not in the building, there was quite a spread of all types of foods.

Breakfast was a 5 minute walk away in another building. Unfortunately, although a manual key was provided for the Sabbath, where electronic keys are not permitted, no key was provided for the front door which was secured by an electronic keypad.

I liked the ease of the location with the ability of entering during the morning and afternoon in the event of the heavy downpour of rain in Jerusalem. I enjoyed the use of the kettle and the fridge and I also enjoyed the walk down to the Eyal Hotel for the well presented and deliciously prepared Breakfast Buffet

Occasionally for example on the Saturday Evenings it could be quite noisy with the sounds coming from outside, but I am sure this is natural for a property in the city.

Clean and comfortable room. Decor was fine, there was coffee tea and creamer. The linen and towels were spotless. The lights were operable from the bedside. All the appliances worked and the room was quiet. Fantastic shower.

There was a plumbing leak in the bathroom around the toilet. I think we might have stayed in the same room last November, and the plumbing leak was there then too.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is a great value for money. It’s a simple place, just what you need if you’re out walking all day and just need a small simple clean place to crash after a long day.

I stay here often when I’m traveling for work and it’s not a luxury experience by any means. but it does the job and its very well located. No elevator, which makes it a little annoying going up the stairs with luggage.

The hotel was chosen for its location in order to attend a family celebration in Jerusalem. We knew there was no elevator and second floor was not a problem. Decent hanging space for a few nights stay. TV ,kettle , coffee & tea provided. Excellent shower unit and toiletries were provided . Staff very polite and gave us all details to access the hotel in the evening late and whom to phone if any problems. it was a one night stay and served its purpose. We ate breakfast out after our event.

My wife felt that the ensuite bathroom could have been a little cleaner. but it sufficed.

This hotel is superbly located in a small street off the lively Jaffa Street which is full of shops and eating places and a few minutes walk from the tram line that connects to the Central Station. It is also just down the street from the shuttle minibus service going to Tel Aviv. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the Old City and all its wonders. Rooms are not large but adequate and we had a nice balcony.

This is a budget hotel but it was quiet and clean and safe.

Centrally loctaed near Jaffa Street, the Old Town and the Central Bus station, the hotel lies in a small back street. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, a very decent bathroom and a small balcony. At night, there are some restaurants and bars in near distance, so it can be lively - but that's more of a plus. The hotline and also the personnel on spot were very kind - although I checked in much too late. Great WiFi!
