Excellent location, a walking distance to main attractions, 24-hour desk, good tidy room in a nice modern style, helpful staff, parking under the hotel (per vacancy). Decent breakfast (although not amazing).

Super tiny mini bar that almost barely cools. These should be replaced. The TV was hard to operate. The sound isolation between rooms is not good, you can hear the TV in the other room if it's on loud volume, not to mention people who are passing by the room. A hotel like this should have given more thought to this problem. In the middle of the night I actually had to ask the help of the front desk to lower the TV volume in the adjacent room. It was solved, but that's still something to fix. The breakfast is okay, not too much selection like in other hotels, but the main problem is that there were no signs in English nor Hebrew regarding what is what.

Monday staff were fantastic, room was clean, breakfast was great. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. Great bathroom. Was able to leave our luggage in the luggage room after checkout.

Misunderstanding about parking our car....

Lovely breakfast offered in the hotel with a large selection of cheeses, salads, eggs (both scrambled and boiled), shakshuka, breads, hot and cold drinks, Muesli, yoghurt and much more. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Fantastic location and helpful staff. There is a manual key offered for those who observe the Sabbath.

Although my room had some issues at the beginning of the stay, the night staff and Jimmy very swiftly offered to switch my room and was perfect afterwards.

I like the location and the convenience of this hotel. The breakfast is pretty good - beyond expectations for the category of the hotel. The staff is welcoming, they have good atmosphere in the hotel. I received a room with a balcony and it was explained to me that the room direction is to tue quiet side, which I appreciated. Also, any of my small requests got answered by the staff members. I appreciate it! The light train is 2 minutes walk, shopping streets and restaurants are 2 minutes walk, the old city entrance (Jaffa gate) is about 15-20 minutes walk. Prime location 👍🏻

The hotel has all you need to have a base in Jerusalem. Good location. If you want rooftops or swimming pools or gardens - you must look for these treasures elsewhere.

We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is in a good location, close to the centre and in an area full of shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was very clean and big, the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The receptionist Jamil was very helpful, we travelled at night and arrived at 8am and even if the check in was supposed to be at 3pm, he found a room for us and we could sleep a bit in the morning. We checked out at 5:30 and he prepared breakfast boxes to take away. I would definetely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First of all it’s location is amazing! Close to shops and restaurants that are vibrant during the day and night. Within walking distance to the Old City as well as Shuk Machne Yehuda and also very close to public transportation. Besides it’s ideal location, the hotel was in excellent shape. The rooms were stocked with everything you expect from a hotel. The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. The staff (especially Jaime) were friendly, helpful and attentive. In my opinion, it is worth spending the extra few dollars for a room with a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Access in and out of the parking lot is tricky with drivers going in both directions and construction in the building next to it. But there is no noise from the construction as the windows block out the noise with some driving patience everything works out.

A nice hotel located in the center of the New City of Jerusalem. It's not a luxury hotel and could use a bit of sprucing up. Nonetheless, it is spotlessly clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample in the Israeli manner. Overall, a great value for the money.

Nothing. Everything was as expected, if not better.

The location was perfect. Near the local market, many shops, many restaurants and cafes, very close to the light rail which brings you to the old town. One can access also the old town on foot. I was a single woman and never felt threatened. Breakfast was delicius and with an amazing variety of fresh foods. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I was upgraded to the junior suite which was a room with a balcony exactly in a corner where two streets meet. There was not double glazing at the windows and I could hear everything form the street, I was awaken twice at 6:00 am, probably from a carbage truck which was extremely loud! In addition to that there is a construction site opposite the hotel and they also start to work very early in the morning , that is before 8:00 am.

I have spent a couple of nights in this hotel and I have enjoyed a lot. It is very well situated, good price and nice staff members, very helpful. When I arrived I had access to the room very much which is always appreciated after travelling. I liked it so much that I have added an extra night to my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is very clean, location is prime, amazing breakfast, the staff very helpful and friendly helped me navigate through the situation that was happening in Israel!

The only issue I encountered was a towel with lipstick stains, but I'm sure they would have removed it if I had asked. In my opinion they should get rid of these towels without the client having to complain.
