Location is very good if you want to travel the old city, [though there is a parking problem, and you should speak with the host prior to the arrival]. The host is very kind and generous. The aprtment was spacious and comfortable and well equipped.

Owner was very kind and accommodating. Apt is fairly spacious and authentic in tzfat old city vibe. Effort was expended in decorating the apt and it definitely had its charm. location is awesome!! To acquire real old city feel we were in heart of everything!!

Cleanliness was a bit lacking as were some basics-hanging/closet space, limited linens. yet owner kindly offered us to call if we need anything.

The studio apartment is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful places in Israel. The location gives you the opportunity to visit very easily the heart of Tsfat, and everything is walking distance. The place is also 10 minutes away from the central bus station, where buses arrive from Jerusalem and elsewhere. The studio is small but functional, and the owner is very friendly.

We were there in winter, and the heating, located in the gallery where the bedroom is located, only warmed up the bedroom. All the rest of the apartment, even if it's small, was very very very cold. We also had issues with the hot water, and pay attention to jacuzzi, since it's very easy to flood the bathroom.

Breakfast wasn't provided. The bedroom with its stone wall was quaint. The bed was comfortable. The jackuzzi was fun. Location was great.

The host wasn't aware until I called that he had a booking that day. The house number we received on the confirmation was incorrect. The host initially provided an incorrect code to access the key. There were steps leading up to the bedroom, which for guests over 70 years old could be dangerous, especially at night when there is a need to use the steps to go down to the bathroom on the floor below. The concertina door to the bathroom didn't close (or open) fully. On the website, there are over 30 pictures of different accommodations but it isn't clear which of them applied to our booking. Although there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle.

The gentleman who was our contact for the apartment was wonderful. He was quick to answer all of our questions even on a fast day and was extremely kind and responsive. The location was terrific and was right in the middle of everything.

The place needed a good scrub and was not very clean. Many of the pillowcases were stained, there were no sheets and there was a layer of dust and rips on most surfaces. There was an inflatable hot tub in the middle of the main bedroom which was covered in dust and was a breeding ground for mosquitos that kept us awake all night (when we woke up the fat full mosquitos were all over the walls of the bedroom). We all had to sleep in the second bedroom to avoid being bitten which did not have any air conditioning just a very dusty fan and several hard beds. The hot water did not work so we had to take cold showers and the cooker was disconnected.
