The hotel was small but very nice. The rooms were clean and the patio was fantastic. Very serene. The only small issues is that it is a bit far to walk to the Artist's Gallery but the walk goes through a park and it is worth it. Overall great experience. Would do it again!

Safed has lots of stairs but provides no maps or information on attractions. No way to find out what is closed. Requires asking a lot of people to get around.

The staff were very helpful and the views from the rooms were beautiful! Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is availible for an extra fee.
Although the area is beautiful, there are no restaurants or shops close by. A car is required to get to the hotel.

Everything was really nice. very well priced and located in a very nice area. We stayed in room 20 I would advise you to take a look at the second step leading up to the room. it is loose. Someone is going toget hurt on it

EreTzfat provided great value -- big room, central location, great price. Manager Shay was outstanding -- fun to hang out with for chats and gave great restaurant recommendations.
Bathroom was small, but didn't bother us. It was in line with the cost of the place.

The property was on a hill with nice view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good value for the price.
The building was outdated, no lobby, feels more like a motel than a hotel. The location is far from the old town.

They added 150 shekels when they found it was 2 people and not one even though on the website its the same price.

The hotel is in a great location, as you are very close to the main part of Tzvat and are within driving distance to many different reserves in Golan Heights. In addition, the staff was exceptional! They were very accommodating and were always there to provide recommendations and to assist in anyway they could.

The host is terrific and the room was even better. The view from the balcony did me in and the bed even had a duvet. Highly, highly recommended and you can’t beat the price.
