Some rooms had tabaco smell but the staff was kind to give us another room.

The building looked old and unkept, there was no elevator readily accessible and getting in and out of the parking was cumbersome.

I have been to low cost hotels before, although this hotel is not much cheaper than similar hotels in this area. I needed a simple hotel close to the beach where I could sleep. Unfortunately, an unpleasant surprise awaited me from the first minutes of my arrival at the hotel. When I arrived with the suitcase, I found that the hotel was not on the ground floor, but one level above, accessible only via a narrow staircase. So if you have heavy suitcases like me, you will have to carry them yourself, the hotel wouldn’t provide any assistance. When I entered the room, I saw dark long hair on the “freshly” made bed. I asked to change the bed, which they allegedly did, but somehow on “freshly” re-made bed there was more someone’s hair. The enclosed shower cabin was leaking. Water went all over the bathroom’s floor, so to get out of the shower without slipping, I had to wipe water off the floor with a towel. The sun-blocking curtain located right above the head was just too short to do its job. In the morning the sunlight was shining from under the curtains right into the face, hence no more sleep ... The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It felt like you were annoying and distracting her from something important by approaching the front desk.

The location was good. Staff were attentive and nice. Free parking was great.

All of the public areas were filthy. Garbage was overflowing. Floors were sticky. This hotel is best described as a welfare hotel.

The pictures for this property are very deceiving. Overall inside and out it is a dump. I would never recommend this property to anyone

Very disappointed, we checked inn late 11.30pm and early in the morning they knocked on our door so hard non stop it was insane (still in shock of the way they knocked ).It was supposed to be 500 shekel ... they took nearly 600 off my credit card. Ive never had such a bad experience in a hotel and it definitely is too expensive for such a place and service .not worth the money !!!!

The cigarettes' smell was awful! The cockroaches in the only stairs to the entrance. More hostel than a hotel and a bad one!

Everything. Waited for 2 hours and never even got a room. The front man went home and took the key that was for our room home with him. He told the maid to show us the room and it was right next to the patio where a group of men were drinking and partying. We could hear everything. Did not stay any longer. Two hours wasted.
