Everything about Numa is exceptional. The best feature is probably the amazing staff who are friendly and welcoming at every stage, especially the incredible crew at the reception who went out of their way to welcome me, and always asked if I'm enjoying my stay or if there's anything extra I need, even if I returned from a night out at 2am(!). The rooms are beautifully designed and extremely spacious, and the artwork throughout the hotel is truly gorgeous. I had a super fast wifi connection, and loved the *amazing* breakfast at the gorgeous cafe and rooftop on the 5th floor. One of the gentleman assisting in the morning is the father of the owner who is so friendly and helpful, and I noticed that his exemplary manner and kindness was also afforded to the staff who he always treated with respect and kindness. The location is also perfect, it's literally steps away from Jaffa's famous flea market which is surrounded by trendy cafes, bars, restaurants and lovely little shops that cater to every need. The surrounding area is also a joy to walk around, tree lined boulevards and gorgeous ancient buildings are everywhere and it's even a quick walk to Tel-Aviv's magnificent beaches. Another fantastic feature is the spacious and affordable underground parking, which anyone who knows the hotel scene in Tel Aviv, is considered a rarity. In short, I absolutely loved this wonderful gem of a hotel and will make it my go-to hotel on my future visits.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about this place.

If you are looking to stay in Jaffa, look no further than the Numa Hotel Jaffa! Numa exceeded my expectations with a friendly and helpful staff, a charming and ‘artsy’ feel in heart of Jaffa, and exceptionally clean and eclectic rooms. I booked my trip to Tel Aviv last minute so I reached out to the hotel staff to assist in organizing my tours. They responded immediately with recommendations based on my ‘wish list’ and booked the tours within hours. Additionally, my flight arrived at 6am so I had some time before check in to say the least. The staff kindly offered me Numa’s amazing breakfast and I was able to relax on the roof top until my room was ready. They checked in me in early and and upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the tree-lined street (nice also because it is shaded). The artwork throughout the hotel is eclectic, vibrant and aligns perfectly with Jaffa. I literally felt like I was staying at an Art Gallery. From a location standpoint, it is a short walk to the flea market (a can’t miss), Jaffa Port (Art Market), the beach and the brand new electric trolly which stops right around the corner from the hotel so you can get anywhere in Tel Aviv (check the redline - and it’s very quiet). The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the staff responded to all of my needs. Amazing value and overall experience!

There is nothing not to like

Walking distance (10 min)to Old Jaffa city and the beach. If in a mood of walking you can walk seaside to suburbs of Tel Aviv. The public transport stops (bus and tram) are very close and departures are frequent - easy and quite fast (15-25min) to reach the center of Tel Aviv. The arrival greeting at reception was nice - even with glass of prosecco! The staff was very friendly and service minded. Breakfast is quite nice (though without meat) buffet. Rooms are clean, the bed is very ok (not too hard) and there was a complimentary tea and coffee in the room. There is balcony with complimentary coffee and tea on the 5th floor - nice place to relax with vine (organized by yourself) in the evening after touring the country.

In general hotel prices are surprisingly unpleasant:) in Israel.... The second unpleasant surprise was the noise from the building water supply system - the noise of neighbor taking shower , or toilet refilling (if you are noise sensitive) will wake you up... And final comment is that hotel close to football stadium - it's great if you came to Israel for the football match, but if you are planning to take a 6am tour around the country the next morning and it happens there is a match in stadium in the evening, then noisy football fans could cut short your night rest...

Very comfortable room with a nice sized balcony, big bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast each day was excellent with many fresh choices, fruits and vegetables and a super friendly staff. Location is excellent close to many nice restaurants, the beach and the old town of Jaffa. Will be even better once the tram starts running along Jerusalem Boulevard.

The only downside was on our last day housekeeping had still not come by 15.00 and when they came after we called to inquire they only gave us a toilet paper roll with 25% remaining so we had no toilet paper our last night. When I told the reception they said they would address it and were very apologetic.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding last weekend, I have no words to describe how much we loved the hotel and the hospitality, just one big surprise, from the moment I called to make a reservation, a guy named Mino answered me, his manner and style and willingness to help and answer any question, of the best hotels that Israel has to offer, although in my opinion the best It's good to have here! If we include the design, the people, the service and the location, down to every single detail, people who love people and a sense of service that you only see in floors for the rich only and not in the country. They treat you and try to make you feel like a king! Thank you for the chocolates, champagne, going out on Mochash, thank you for a stunning, delicious and quiet breakfast, in my opinion the owners are the ones who gave us service from time to time. Even in the dining room we felt like family, of course we will return, I really hope they raise the stars for you and quickly, thank you very much we stayed without words Yossi and Tamar Fehimin ❤️

They were extremely communicative from the second we booked. Allowed us to check in online so all we had to do was grab keys at the desk. Part of our group was leaving the night we stayed and they allowed all of us to hang out in their lounge before we went to dinner and they went to the airport. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and included breakfast. They had a complimentary glass of champagne for us at check in. Room was beautiful. Location was right near the tram and easy walk to get to Old Jaffa. As well as only a 15-20min drive to the airport.

Nothing it was awesome.

Boutique style and very art chic!! Bed comfortable and very clean crisp linen. Air con very good. Staff exceptional and always willing to help with absolutely anything. Desk staff at reception were so pleasant. Cleaning everyday but left you if you didn’t require it. I love clean, but I just needed towels and loo roll every now and again. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Location was quiet and yet you could walk anywhere or get on the light rail literally just outside! Great for the airport.

Nothing at all.

Excellent location in Jaffa, literally 6 minutes walk to the sea boardwalk - perfect for a morning run or walk. I had a room on the 4th floor with a super view over Jaffa roofs and the sea in the distance. Spacious room with balcony, very good courtesy set with all necessary amenities. Comfy bed. Coffee and tea maker in the room, fridge. Plenty of eating options in the area (I loved Urban Bakery and Cafelix for a morning treat). Very nice roof top, pleasant and smiley reception staff and very good cleaning service (throughout the hotel and in the rooms). Short walk to many great neighbours in Tel Aviv. I am a Bed and Breakfast owner and I was extremely impressed by everything so definitely recommended!

The impression is that they read all the bad comments from other hotels and tried to make it right on their business. There is champagne in the entrance, free chocolate and water in the room. Bed is super comfortable, room is big and very clean. Towels are soft, shower is great. Air conditioner works like a charm, staff are always smiling. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. Elevator is big and fast. Location is great, you find everything in a walking distance.

I searched a lot, but could not find a single thing to complain.
