The hotel spa including a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were the bonus for us. The bed mattress was nice and firm for good night sleep. The two rooms we had was connected to each other and the space was good enough for four of us. Warmed welcome soft-baked cookies were yummy !!

Breakfast buffet could be more appealing if there had been more options of fresh salad and fruits.

We booked this hotel because of the spa. And jacuzzi and Turkish sauna weren't working which was disapotig If we knew that we would choose a hotel in the center of Zagreb instead of this one

I enjoy staying at the Hotel. I like the room. Hotel is located 2,8 km from city center. That was not an issue for me cause I like walking. Breakfast was good enough. Employees of the hotel were enough friendly and polite fo this region of Europe. I really enjoyed the SPA at the hotel. employees of the SPA were briliant working team. They even gave me advices what places to visit in Zagreb.I enjoyed the city. Guess one day I will visit the city again.

When I arrived, I was asked by employee of the hotel about deposit of 50 euros for my staying there. I payed by card. That was my first time in Zagreb that I boooked via booking.com. In other hotels that I was staying and were booked via booking.com, thay don't ask me for that kind of condition. That was unsual to be honest. I payed for parking 28 euros. In my opinion it can be cheaper. If you drive a low clearence car you have to be very attentive to drive through parking to -4 level where hotels parking is located.

Wonderful location. Amazing and super kind staff at the spa. Special thanks to them all for how nice they all are. Delicious meal. Wonderful staff at the reception area with smooth check in. There was a blond Croatian lady who checked us in and gave our warm cookies who was just splendid. Super welcoming and 100% Hilton quality. Thank you to all the wait staff and breakfast staff for accommodating us and our little girl. Every single one of the staff in our stay for the week was just exceptional.

It is very Nice to have a hotel with bell Boys that greet you at the entrance and help you with lauggage and park your car. Receptionists were very friendly and help you with everywish, we even Got warm cookies at Check in. Spa is amazing the view and the staff makes you feel like you are the only one there. The way they take care of it is amazing, cleaing all the Time, making sure we had everything, honestly Better then some spa resorts. We go to Zagreb almost every month and we Will for sure be coming back the next chance we have, thank you.

We were in room 702 and every 5-10 minutes the aircondition made rumble noises, we Got back the the room at 2am and didnt wana make a fuss about it, But surely they would resolve the issue if we asked, otherwise it is very Nice to Come to a hotel and Check into a room and everything works.

Exceptional hotel our first room had a join in door and you could hear the the other guests really loud, when we asked if we can be moved, even thou the hotel was fully booked !! the manager was called and he found us a better room hassle free! Really appreciated this as after that we slept soundlessly, Sauna spa area was very clean, even in the morning they had people preparing it at 6:30am spotless clean and very fresh and enjoyable for the gym And the pool/sauna/steam area

After a long ride from home the check in took around 3/4hour waiting. Only one person did the friday check ins….The breakfast was ok. We booked half board. At the dinner do not choose the angus burger because the meat was burnt. When we mentioned it, they told is that angus is like that. We waited around 30 minutes for the desser. There was no proper air condition in the restauran neither by the dinner nor by the breakfas - we were sweating! When having shower water came out under the showers door

The hotel itself was extraordinary. Everything in the hotel was completely new. The room was beyond clean, with a very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. We loved the spa and wellness area, with a beautiful, clean, pool of adequate size. The saunas were amazing, and the lady who works there cleans the entire area almost all the time, so the standard of cleanliness was impressive. The next best thing is the service provided by the staff. The staff is so polite, especially in the OXBO restaurant area for breakfast and then for lunch and dinner, as well. Also, the guys working at the bar were perfectly polite and attentive. Everything was so perfect, we didn't have a single remark.

Pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness were spacious, extra towels, fruit and drinking water provided. Single beds were bigger than usual, bathroom large (bath and shower) with all the facilities. Breakfast was variable, coffee has to be ordered by a waiter from the bar. Comfortable beds.

The location: no stopping in front of the hotel for the luggage and registration, payable (expensive) public garage under the hotel (parking is cheaper around the hotel on public streets and for free on Sat after 3pm and Sun), not enough wardrobes in the room for two people.
