The Mondrian is a top notch DTLA property with all of the amenities but the staff are truly what make this place! Everything was clean, staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service

Took the family over during Memorial Day Weekend and unfortunately didn’t think to check the Skybar schedule so there was a full on pool party, now if it was just the adults, it would’ve been a blast but we had the kids and the whole pool was 21+ fortunately they let us sneak in before the party kicked off and just before we checked out so it all worked out. Love the Mondrian!

The room is so big and good design also the location in the best street in LA, bed is so comfortable, bathroom mirror lights is perfect for make up, there is plugs every where, the pool is great

I have to schedule for a room cleaning and they only clean the bathroom, it’s like a kid cleaning, they would throw a thing you need but leave a dirty tissues on the table, we stayed for 8 days it was a disaster. There is no self parking and the valet is 60 dollars per night!, uber is around 8 dollars per trip, so just get an uber, I parked on public parking near the hotel it was way cheaper, if i payed 60 dollars per night it would be 480 dollars in total for 8 nights!!

Room was great, and I appreciate the fact that the staff met all my requests (higher floor, wide city view), actually giving me a free updgrade.

Pool area was extremely limited and already booked/reserved for the whole weekend by the time I got to the hotel. The idea that I had to reserve (and pay up to $1,500 or so) just to be able to sit somewhere by the pool in order to enjoy some leisure time by it didn't leave me very satisfied. As a result, I never used the pool, that was always overcrowded

The pool here is incredible and such a sun trap. Drinks by the pool bar for sunset is gorgeous, and the drinks were reasonably priced. The room was huge and really bright which is great for getting ready and the bed was really comfy. Location is also fabulous and in a pretty safe area with walking access to everything. Lastly, the staff were AMAZING. Best staff we’ve probably ever had at a hotel stay. especially Tim on front desk, Peter on the bar and the GM, Jefry. Thanks for making our stay guys!

don’t believe the bad reviews! we almost canceled and swapped hotels because we read some bad reviews online, wow they were completely wrong! hotel was just gorgeous the room was big modern bright and clean the beds were heaven and the pool area was just divine! it catches the sun all day long and of course like any hotel pool it does get busy so we just headed down early and did our pool time in the morning for a few hours, our ten yr old daughter who is a seasoned traveler absolutely loved it! couldn’t get her out of the pool! staff were lovely, wifi was fine, you can ask for a fridge, you can ask for a room clean ( They aren’t doing them daily because of Covid a lot of people don’t want people in their room unnecessarily) location was perfect so close to everything! we absolutely loved it and will be back!!

Room was super cute, spacious, and had a great view. Th couch in the rooms was really big and comfortably fits someone sleeping. Such a great location, 5-10 minute Uber ride to anywhere you’d want to go in WeHo. Pool is small but really nice with a good bar attached and a lot of outdoor beds to lay on. We stayed on a night when they had huge event at night and the event was super fun! The staff that welcomed us in the valet area were awesome! Stayed here for my bachelorette party weekend, perfect hotel for that!

The only 2 things that were a bummer was no one came and changed our sheets/make our beds, there was no accessible housekeeping after 12pm which sucked because water spilled on my bed so we needed the bed linens changed and we weren’t informed that housekeeping wasn’t available after 12pm. Also, upon leaving we called the front desk 4 times for the bell boy to help with bringing our bags down but no one ever came.

The Mondrian offered a beautifully-appointed actual one bedroom with a kitchenette (over 700 square feet) at a price that would just about get you a small room with a single bed elsewhere (average 250 square feet). Given that this room is situated in a hotel with all the other amenities offered elsewhere, it's clearly the best alternative on the local market. Also, the service staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful too. All-in-all, I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The hotel should honor rewards programs from airlines and such, as that's a perk frequent travelers expect and it actually engenders loyalty from customers which is advantageous to the hotel and customer alike. The hotel should also fill the void left by the loss of its restaurant and replace it with another. Whilst it surprisingly had no impact on in-room dining - which was both promptly fulfilled and very adequate in terms of food quality and selection options - it still is noticeably absent from both the options and the ambiance of this otherwise vibrant, upscale hotel.

The Bed was extremely comfortable, the entire staff was great except 1 Gentlemen working at the front desk.On 3 different occasions I asked for help for something simple and he would say no that's not possible! Example, could I get any king og bowl to put some water in for my puppy to drink in the room. Response, Everyone behind the counter we don't have any dog bowls. Gentlemen said no so I asked can I just ask room service I just need a bowl. The rude guy says no. Within 10 minutes another staff member who overheard my request was at my door with 2 bowls. The aforementioned occurred 2 more times all with the same employee,

Arrived on an early flight from Australia and got to check in early at 8am. Room was huge and I got a free upgrade. Pool and pool parties were epic. Hotel restaurant, Casa Madera was amazing. Felt like a celebrity.

Driveway noise and parties finish late so it was quite noisy. Not recommended for children. A lot of drunk people at night.
