This location was close to the venue for an event we were attending which made it more appealing. Parking wasn’t an issue and we found a space easily each time we needed to park. Access to the hotel was easy and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Check-in was simple and only took a couple of minutes. our room was spacious and not cramped at all. everything was nice, neat and clean. There was a couch that my kids loved. The continental breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the make your own waffle addition. They enjoyed breakfast immensely. All in all the property and amenities were great for the price.

The only thing I can think of I didn’t like was the interstate traffic noise, but it wasn’t terribly bad, just noticeable.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious. The room was clean, and I really liked the design of the room. Very nice!

The elevator was dirty. During my stay, it was never swept out. While the room was nice, you could still hear doors slamming loudly and people having loud conversations in the hallway, and people walking heavily on the floor above. There was also a customer who was loudly playing music for an extended time in the car while I was trying to rest. I called downstairs to tell the staff member at the desk about it, and it was taken care of immediately. The GPS does not give good directions, and had me driving around, and the sign that says Comfort Suites needs to be larger and lighted.

out of all hotel that I’ve stayed at, never have I ever experience such an amazing hotel! They are very clean and organized! they make sure to take out trash, take out dirty towels and give you clean towels everyday. the breakfast is really tasty! I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Salisbury,NC to visit. the staff are wonderful and nice. as well this hotel is not that bad of price per night. my boyfriend and I will keep on coming here when we come and visit Salisbury. I want to thank all the staff in the front and the cleaning ladies for making sure my boyfriend and I felt comfortable and feel like a home !

Clean, comfortable, friendly and professional staff. THE BREAKFAST!!

My elderly aunt and I were traveling together. For two females traveling alone, security is a major concern for us. We arrived at night and driving to the hotel from the main road was a dark (not well lit) trail. You approach the hotel from the rear and have to drive around it completely to locate the entrance. Once we made it to the entrance, we felt better, but the journey from the main road caused us great concern.

It was very good breakfast. The location was good, close to were I had to go for my visit in Salisbury, some noise from highway at night but it wasn't bad.

We had soap in our room on the first day, no more was put in we had to get some from front desk. We had plastic cups to drink from on the first day, no more was put in we had to get some from up front in breakfast area.

The property was just in the right location for us. The room was slightly dated but fantastic all the same. Pool was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

Some ripped bedsheets and a distinct smell of wacky backy but that didn’t bother us at all really.

It was clean and very nice!! Staff was great! Making sure all needs were meet day of check in to the day of check out! Breakfast was great! Close to food places and other other locations 10 mins from the polor express train/ NC TRANSPORTATION MUSEUM!!!!! I

I can't say much at all! I was really pleased with the stay! I have nothing bad to say! Great job to call staff!!!!

property was good proximity to interstate with easy off / on. Lots of food choices around the area as well.

room needed some repairs ( trim pieces coming off, a couple stains in carpet, door peeling and worn in tub. ( but honestly nothing that wouldn’t make you stay because overall it’s a nice facility. it looks like it’s undergoing a renovation at this time maybe)

Everything was good. Staff very polite, respectful. One house keeper.. Ronesha, she was very great at her customer service skills.

Nothing really dislikeable. Just the bathroom ceiling needs redone, as the ceiling has chipped allot. Another viewing mentioned it in her comments as well, like a month ago.. perhaps in another room she stayed. The issue is still unresolved.

Breakfast Saturday morning was great and the attendant was helpful and friendly. Sunday's breakfast was sub-par and the attendant (a different person) was too busy talking on the phone to replenish items. The desk attendants were nice and all of them were attentive every day.

The room was very clean (226) but the bathroom ceiling had a lot of paint chips falling off. This was my only complaint. Everything else was lovely!
