Breakfast available downstairs is pretty good. The city/intracoastal view is the best. I love having a full kitchen! Overall the room was very spacious and I appreciated the extra space on the balcony. For the most part this is q quiet hotel with well-behaved guests.

No maid service unless you ask. Also they did not serve cafe con leche at breakfast, and the eggs were "instant". Very noisy neighbors the first night I was there.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Chris, Kim, Towanda, Harris, and I think “Mark” was his name, were all awesome. Our room had a very large balcony with a great view! This was our anniversary trip and we had a nice little surprise in our room.

There was a weird knocking or tapping noise coming either from the floor beneath us or the room next to us which got a little annoying but didn’t ruin our stay.

Great location,2 minutes from the beach!Everything new and clean.Our room looked to the ocean with a little balcony.Room also included a cute little kitchen and laundry machines.The bad was super comfortable!The pool located facing the canal and you could see the sunset.I loved the little cabanas around it.Stuff very kind and helpful we will definitely come back here!

Not an ocean view location but the intracostal view was very nice. Very nice large rooms and very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff was also pleasant and responsive. I was given a free upgrade to a higher floor which I really appreciated.

The walls was too thin. Could hear others next door and I was in a room with a locked adjoining door. Not great for a solo traveler. I was also charged for a long distance call that I did not make. Was told I needed to speak with a manager but the issue was not resolved.

Breakfast was very good! Very fresh you can see the employees cooking in the open kitchen. We walked around and found a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a Target with a mall. Having a car would have been much easier! We took a taxi from the airport- a $50 ride. Even using Uber to the cruise terminal was $40.

Front desk staff were not friendly.

Last week (Oct 31-Nov 2) I stayed in a beautiful corner King suite overlooking the Inland Waterway. It had a full kitchen stocked with glasses and dishes, full-sized refrigerator, and coffee maker, coffee and supplies. It had 2 small balconies off the living room and bedroom that were cozy and had fabulous views. I was very lucky with the weather which was unseasonably cool and dry for late October. Tremendous improvement over my previous stay back during spring break when I was relegated to a much smaller room with no view or balcony (but it still had a full kitchen!) People at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The noise level can be high in the neighborhood. Also if you are driving a car be prepared to pay $25 a night for valet parking, or take your chances with the Ft. Lauderdale parking police - no parking is provided.

The king size suite was amazing. It was so large and accommodating.. felt like home. The view of the intra coastal highway was breathtaking especially on New Year’s night. Watching all of the yachts and jet skis was such a good sight. Hotel was 2 minute walk from water taxi…. Which was so convenient…. Especially for me as a solo traveler. Additionally there were restaurants and beach access within a 10 minute walk.

Rather scanty evening entertainment or food. I guess we are supposed to patronize neighborhood restaurants, which are plenty, but my husband and I would prefer a late evening cocktail in the hotel.

The hot breakfast was really good. They provide pool and beach equipment. The views from the balcony is amazing!

Valet parking only. It is $35 per day.

The breakfast buffet was a great addition and the rooms a spacious.

I would had loved to have a better view of the ocean.
