Kathleen (front desk) was a 5 star SUPER helpful person!!!! She helped guide us step by step with directions & tips on how to get my son to the Boston Marathon Drop Off location & get us on the train for the best spot to see him run near the finish line. Kathleen made the journey a lot less stressful! THANK YOU Kathleen & staff for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions & requests we had!!! Also breakfast was great! So many hearty options & perfect for an athlete that needs to fuel up. Excellent experience here!!!

We've been staying at this hotel on Christmas Eve for many years as it's close to our relatives. As you'd expect, it's pretty empty at that time but the staff does their best to serve their guests. The heat in our large king room was turned up high so it was nice and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was just fine.

Everything was OK. The TV was a bit small for the size of the room, but that's not a big deal.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location is easily accessible. The property is quite spacious - parking, restaurant, lobby.

Most of the hotels I stayed at had kitchen. Here I was expecting a microwave and at least 2 cups made of either china or glass. I Don't like drinking coffee in cups made of synthetic material.

We were there for a folk festival and the hotel staff were very accommodating to all the musicians playing instruments and some very harmless but odd people (of which I was one). I definitely recommend this for any type of convention. Excellent breakfast. Indoor pool.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. Staff was friendly and the lobby was pretty.

The elevators were down and we had to use the service elevator one day, but they were back up and running the next morning

I have stayed there several times when I travel to New England. The area is great with the many attractions across the street. Staff is always very helpful and breakfast is well planned for all tastes.

Clean and accommodating. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, but other options for good and drink are within walking distance.

it was a bit noisy in the hallways but that was just kids having fun. Not really an issue.

amazing breakfast and the lovely staff at the hotel, front desk and breakfast employees, wonderful people. buffet breakfast too. will return in the future 10/10

If price quoted was charged, not $20 more/night!~ A Hot Tub would be a nice addition Ice machine was broken on our floor, but they attempted to fix it. Went downstairs for ice

Breakfast was amazing lots of choices and options and fresh.

When we arrived we were sent to a room that was not ready, however they did apologize for the inconvenience. The bathroom was ok the bathtub could have been cleaner there was a lot of stains from hard water.
