Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough

Breakfast was not included with the room, but was very good.. you can order almost anything you want for an additional charge of $16.00. This is a gorgeous hotel with a nice indoor pool and workout room. The room was large, the bed was comfortable with large fluffy pillows. Everything was pristine and very beautiful. This is a luxury hotel. It also has a restaurant with room service so you don’t have to go out to eat. It is off the Highway and very quiet. Felt safe for a single traveler.

It was a bit expensive for breakfast not to be included.

The staff were welcoming, and check in was easy. The room was very comfortable, and I was pleased with everything provided.

I think it's a bit overpriced for location. I think a free breakfast could add to the value. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

hairdryer was missing from the room. Also, I don't understand the logic of making the "more expensive" hotels not have a free breakfast in the morning for their guests. I chose this hotel for its location but I would prefer a Hampton Inn because it is less expensive and has a free breakfast (and wifi).

it’s a lovely place in a quiet location in the middle of an office development - yet very close to a Whole Foods, several craft breweries and restaurants. The staff, front desk and bartender, were terrific. VERY professional.

The a/c + heating system was a bit insensitive. The room was too warm, then chilly for a short spell, then too warm - restarting the cycle.

We only stayed for two nights and did not eat or use any other services there!

One coffee cup in room for two people staying two nights. Left room early first morning and did not notice. Last morning there noticed the shortage as we packed to leave.

The made to order breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast voucher thing was a bit of a surprise.

It was a little harder to get to than I expected but not too hard to find. The breakfast voucher situation was confusing and hectic. Could've used more staff for sure.

We made at a last minute hotel switch after our first hotel was found to be extremely dirty and dated. Upon arrival at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough, we were greeted by a bright and clean lobby and friendly staff. Our suite was impeccable and offered the modern comforts of home such as the mini fridge and microwave. Pool times were by reservation only due to Covid, but we had no problem finding various times during our stay to enjoy the pool. As a family with young kids, we definitely recommend this location if passing through the area.

I loved the room. Very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and had all the supplies we need it. Also the gym and pool area were great. And the front desk staff really kind and polite.

The only thing I didn't like much was the noise people on the other room, talking to loud and kids running and yelling on the hallway. Also, the room door is too heavy and difficult to open from the inside.

$10 charge for parking ??

Beautiful location, very quiet area. Everything looks brand new.Loved that there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Will definitely stay again.
