I love that the staff accommodates special requests whenever they possibly can without hesitation. I have stayed there multiple times and each time they have been more than accommodating for my family's special needs. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and even when the hotel is very full we are very satisfied with the level of service we are given. The breakfast selection is vast and there's always enough of everything no matter what time you go down.

It gets a little tough when there are sports tournaments and the hotel hosts many children. Sometimes the restaurant can get very loud and we have had to request a room in the other wing of the hotel. However, the staff is always been willing to move our room and is fully understanding.

We loved everything , we’ve stayed here a few times and refuse to go to any others around Marlborough. this hotel is like a second home from home . Me and my son enjoy it here very much . the pool, jacuzzi, mini arcade , the room was clean and comfortable, AMAZING breakfast ( we’re picky eaters) great cook. great food at restaurant. great staff . we love the waitress /bartender can’t remember her name but she’s a doll. I believe she’s there full time . the manager actually speak and interact with guests . The last time we stayed there it was a hockey team of boys that were running everywhere unfortunately (this never happened before) and the staff handled it very well . we had to cancel last minute last week due to unfortunate circumstances ..I called , and the hotel staff accommodated us with no issue . and waived the fees . we will be staying this coming weekend ! I highly recommend this hotel . I hardly ever write reviews

the balcony was great to get fresh air ! it was locked our previous stay not sure why?

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast (fresh eggs/omelettes), but more pastries would have been nice. It is close to some restaurants (although most is fastfood, but there are a couple normal ones). Fitness room.

Airco did make a lot of noise, had to turn it off during night, so it was quite warm at night. Carpet not clean everywhere in lobby. I like walking, but there is not much to walk, only to supermarket and restaurants close by.

Amazing experience! The hotel is great! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very nice and large room. There was a back door in my room that I could open to walk in the back parking lot with my dog. Everything in the room was very organized and clean. The restaurant made delicious food, the best breakfast and the Chef was made my omelet was so nice and happy. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely going back when I have a chance.

Too many kids running up and down someday late in the evening. I know this is not a hotel fault, but might have a night silence rules and the stuff needs to handle better in this situation.

Everything! Comfortable, clean, quiet!!!!! Convienent, incredible staff, great food, great bar, great housekeeping. John at front desk, Manager Joan and the three front desk women who have been there for years, always accommodate my early request check ins, assist with changes to my reservation and provide incredible customer service.

There is nothing I dont like, that's why I stay there every trip, four times a year.

everything! restaurant was top notch hot tub and pool area were clean stocked with towels and lots of fun. rooms were sparkly clean stocked with toiletries towels and extra blankets pillows for sofa bed , beds comfortable, roomy and comfy suite , arcade was fun for my son, staff was helpful and friendly! everything was amazing will be back soon thank you!

there was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff were very friendly. I was arriving early and requested an early check-in and it was easily accommodated by Jessica. The hotel was very clean, the kitchen can with all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal. Also, the breakfast was a plus ..

The television in the bedroom of the suite we stayed in was compatible for the fire stick, Ps5, and other hdmi necessities, but did not work properly so we had to sleep on the sofa bed. That alone was a major inconvenience.

Breakfast was amazing! Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Pool and jacuzzi area was nice!

The staff (at least the gentleman that checked us in) had no emotions, at all! No greetings and no warm welcome. He was like a robot, devoid of any emotions. I had a feeling of trepidation when I had to come back another time to ask a question.

The hotel and the room was super clean and the staff was really attentive and helpful. The beds were super comfy. Although they were quite booked, it was pretty quiet throughout the corridors and in the hotel public areas It was well situated. It had nice indoor and outdoor sitting lounges. Nice breakfast-lots of choices-omelette station too. Hand sanitizers and wipes were available in all high traffic areas. Free parking was a plus.

The position of the AC in the bedroom. You can't adjust the vents and the air blows into your face when you are in bed.

the room was great - spacious layout, very clean, modern design, and comfortable bed. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. didn’t try the amenities but the hotel looked quite nice and well kept both inside and out. pet-friendly. decent price.

the walls were paper thin. we were staying one night and really just wanted a good night’s sleep before another long day of driving - but our next door neighbours were up late and we could hear every word through the wall.
