The Westin Arlington

Staff for the most part were great. The hotel is conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants, bars and the metro station. There is a Starbucks on site, gym and even a pool. Shoutout to Alex and Marcos at the front desk, stand up guys with great attitude and willing to answer questions and help. I will be returning soon!

I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and even so cleaning ladies knocked at 7am on a Saturday. On another occasion we left to roam around Washington DC and came back to find cleaning personnel had gone into the room and rearranged our belongings (some very valuable). Nothing was lost and they did a good job of doing the bed but I feel they should be more wary of do not disturb signs.

Terrific rooms with contemporary decor. On site Starbucks! On site restaurant with plenty of space between guests. Terrific team of professionals in every role. We will 100% return.

The room is very nice. Glass windows all over the walls. The afternoon sun has come home. There is a comfortable sofa. I sat with my legs spread. The fatigue of my long journey is gone. The location is very nice. I reached the hotel from the metro station without any help. There are many markets and food shops nearby. Macy's, Starbugs Coffee, Target etc. near me. My friend was able to park his car in parking lot free of cost.

Excellent location, open room, comfortable bed, support staff, water bottle, coffee, bathroom toiletries are all excellent. I will stay at this hotel again when I go to Arlington, Virginia.

The location to the Metro and all of the area restaurants was great. Being able to run across the street to Target to pick up any emergency items was awesome as well. The fruit-infused water in the lobby was amazing...I really need to know the fruit to water ratio they used!!

It was a little expensive, but it's the Westin. And the pandemic is still going on...

My friend loved the room at a lot, and as long as she was happy with it I was verrry happy with it. Plus, the hotel was big enough for me to explore around at night when she fell asleep

I wish the breakfast lasted longer. I could never make it from 7AM to 8AM

The signs regarding the breakfast were a little misleading. People were pouring in the serving area with many, I'm sure as we were not, that we'd be charged an outrageous $19 PER PERSON. The signs imply that breakfast is included in the cost of the hotel, which it is not. That needs to be clarified both on the booking site, as one checks in, and on the signs.

pool and jacuzzi are hardly available. bus loads of middle school kids—clients should get discounts when 120 15 yos descend on the hotel. kitchen should be available all day if only on a limited basis

This was a wonderful hotel! Easy access to Washington, D.C. There is a restaurant on site with a bar. Great drinks. Great bartender. Great food. The best ribeye steak we have had in a long time. Starbucks there too! The bed was a king and oh so comfy. We would easily stay here again.

There was nothing about this hotel that was bad.

Beautiful setup, great ambiance! The restaurant staff is ahhhhmmmaazzzinng. They were extremely attentive.

The breakfast was a 5 out of 10. Beautiful setup, great ambiance, but not flavorful for the amount we paid. The orange juice was hot. The soda was flat. I do realize you have to accommodate each guest, so food couldn't be seasoned to my liking. (so for that I'll do an 8 out of 10) Breakfast is my most favorite meal of the day, hence the reason I'm sooo descriptive.
