The parking in the garage was awful. There are no signs to show where/ how to go to the garage. When we arrived, the doors were down & we drove past 3 times. Breakfast options were great, but the items on the stove were cold. Maria was very happy & pleasant when eating breakfast. Smiling & making us feel like we aren’t a burden. The room was clean, beds are a little rough but the pillows were Amazing. Besides a musky smell & loud ac, we had no complaints.

Breakfast was included in the stay. Menu was simple but substantial. We really liked the room. It came with a L-shaped sofa and 4 of us could comfortably lounge around the room. Hotel is a short-walk to train station and bus-stop. We actually walked further and could reach Wholefoods in less than 20mins. Staff service is friendly and informative.

We needed to do laundry but there wasn't a self-service laundromat nearby. So we took a 10-minute bus-ride to get to one. Still not too bad. No daily house-keeping.

The manager stepped in to fix an issue with our room and even compensated us for the trouble with free snacks and parking. The room was large and loved that it had a pull out couch which we used.

We had reserved a two queen room with a sleeper sofa but when we arrived at 10pm the key to the room we were given was dirty. They had no other double queen rooms so we had to split up the family into two King size rooms for the same price. It turned out fine but it was annoying that we did not get the room we had reserved.

We really liked the service and hospitality of the hotel staff, they welcomed us and showed us in a friendly manner all the main amenities of the hotel, showed us to the parking garage. All rooms are bright and clean, we booked the High room and the view was great despite the office building on the opposite side of the street.

They turn on by default their new "cleaning on demand" service or something like that, which means they won't clean the room and change towels and linens until you ask them to. I can understand the reasons for such decisions, but it reduces the overall comfort of staying there.

Room was Clean, housekeeping was accommodating. Best Breakfast ever, above & beyond. Maria in dining room at breakfast was very attentive, friendly, and awesome.

Parking lot sign stated lot closed & to call number which I did and no answer. I had to park on side of road and pay and walk in to find only one person at Front desk with a long wait and no acknowledgement. Customer service there needs improvement. We had a bad first impression upon arrival and the start of our vacation.

The location is fantastic. Clean, modern and comfortable. Good gym.

Room cleaning service is done only on demand but the requests sometimes not met or not communicated to the cleaners in time. The breakfast can be improved with a few more healthier options, not over cooked scrambled eggs, and better coffee. In-house parking ($25) is overpriced compared to other nearby facilities ($12-15).

Breakfast was amazing. Liked the little kitchen in room. Definitely needed the coffee machine in room. Any questions at front desk were answered promptly and very helpful with requests and directions

Had to leave early due to spouse breathing and walking due to Unusual Heat and Humidity. Gentleman at desk not agreeable or pleasant but whatever we all have our days.

We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children just before the 4th of July. As you may iumagine, place was fully booked. At the arrival, we were informed that because of needs on the booking our room needed to be changed. The management offered to have a king bed and a sofa bed instead of 2 queen beds. Also covered the cost of parking as compensation. Breakfast, although crowded, had plenty of options and tables.

Nothing in particular, the management and the front desk were great to dela with the situation. More oriented to business that to tourism, but this is not a real issue...

This hotel has a perfect accessibility to get in to a public bus transportation, like taxi, Metro bus, AMTRAK and the train. also have friendly staffs & hotel maintains cleanliness throughout the property.

The keycard to get in our room doesn't work throughout our 3-day-stay, so we needed to go back down to the lobby & reactivated.... Also sometimes, the keycard doesn't work in the elevator as well.

The breakfast was outstanding which was included. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Metro and several good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed's mattress needed to be changed. There was a dip in the middle and I woke with a backache. On the plus side, the room was exceptionally clean.
