A very nice hotel with large spacious rooms. Our room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. We liked the location and the surroundings. You could easily get to all the sights in Washington DC. The breakfast was very good and offered fresh fruit and many other things every morning. It was obvious that this hotel cares about the environment. No disposable plastic.

The staff didn’t greet us when we checked in. We were just handed the key to our room. No welcome or enjoy your stay or anything. The same thing when we checked out, no thank you or hope you had a pleasant stay or anything.

The location was excellent, you could walk in any direction and find restaurant options. It was a short walk from local nightlife. The room as clean and comfortable. We never had to wait for than 10 seconds for an elevator/lift to arrive. The hotel was very close proximity to public transit as well. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The pillows were not my favorite, a bit too soft. Just a personal preference though.

No water bottles in the room, expected more breakfast options

Room was clean and there was lots of space. Breakfast was good but it was a challenge to find a space to eat because it was so busy. Location was incredible - reasonable walking distance to Metro and to a wide variety of restaurants.

Parking was stressfull. The parking garage was small and tight. Cars parked in "compact" spaces when they were too big to fit there, making our exit difficult and we almost scraped up the side of our own car to get around them.

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. The lobby was well lighted and spacious. My hallway was clean and well lighted. The rooms were quiet, especially considering the location on a busy street. The bed was very comfortable. The location for my purposes couldn't have been better. Easy pickup and dropoff and the Metro nearby. I'll likely stay again.

Although the room and bathroom were quite clean, there were some stains on the carpet.

A good variety for breakfast and the staff worked really hard at keeping it stocked. The location was only a couple of blocks from the metro. Felt safe walking around the area. They also had a couple of plugs for our electric car

On the weekend our room was not cleaned, but when I ask for clean towels they brought them up to us right away

Nice hotel with friedly & helpful staff in close proximity to metro station (3-5min, going to Washington and Dulles IAD airport) and some bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and clean (not perfect but good enough). Location was easy to reach - also by car - and felt safe even during night times - some nice looking detached house close by.

Car park (underground garage) costs extra (about 25 USD/day without tax)

I liked that it's close to a lot of things. Not too far from the airport or D.C in general. Very accessible. Hotel staff was nice, room was clean and bathroom was stocked.

Pillows looked comfy, until you slept on them and now they're flat. Wished they had a vending machine of some sorts but I guess it was fine since they do sell some refreshments on the front counter.

The parking in the garage was awful. There are no signs to show where/ how to go to the garage. When we arrived, the doors were down & we drove past 3 times. Breakfast options were great, but the items on the stove were cold. Maria was very happy & pleasant when eating breakfast. Smiling & making us feel like we aren’t a burden. The room was clean, beds are a little rough but the pillows were Amazing. Besides a musky smell & loud ac, we had no complaints.

Breakfast was included in the stay. Menu was simple but substantial. We really liked the room. It came with a L-shaped sofa and 4 of us could comfortably lounge around the room. Hotel is a short-walk to train station and bus-stop. We actually walked further and could reach Wholefoods in less than 20mins. Staff service is friendly and informative.

We needed to do laundry but there wasn't a self-service laundromat nearby. So we took a 10-minute bus-ride to get to one. Still not too bad. No daily house-keeping.
