This was a EXCELLENT Hotel. The room was very clean & spotless. The breakfast was superb and the food was so delicious. The location was close to shops, shopping mall and attractions. The staff were brilliant and had best customer service. The hotel has a hairdresser called Ali and he delivers best results for your hair. I would like to add few staff who has extreme kindness, consideration and excellent customer service there name's are, mehmet durmaz Hasan demiral Cem yildiz Asur mustafa Sezgin yilmaz Hasan The reception service are fast, efficient and very supportive. The concierge are very helpful expecially CEM. I would also like to thank the chef helper for remembering our peach compose everyday. I would like to thank you all for your service and I really appreciate all for making our stay welcomed and enjoyable. I will definitely book my stay at HiltonSA Hotel every time we visit Ankara.

This is a fabulous city centre 5* hotel! There is a great feeling of air and space as you enter the Ankara Hilton, a real oasis. The large lounge area and lotus bar is sophisticated and welcoming. The Greenhouse restaurant, again has such a feeling of space with high ceilings and windows. The cuisine from a splendid buffet breakfast to fabulous Turkish and international dishes is as you should expect. The executive lounge on the 15th floor has great city views, and set up for relaxing or work as you may wish. The health and fitness areas do not disappoint, again light and airy and an outside sun bathing area adjoining to the indoor pool. The Massage rooms are private and quiet, and the Indonesian masseuses second to none. The staff were plentiful, professional and always attentive setting the right ambiance, the Turks excel in this area. Our room was on the 13th of 16 floors, the decor is stylish, large windows, great views and very comfortable bed and marble bathroom. I can’t fault this establishment!

Had breakfast in the executive floor. It was convenient and in a calm environment with attentive staff.

It could have involved more fruit and variety. Also the end time for breakfast was too early for people being there for vacation.

The Ankara Hilton hotel is exceptional. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and everything smells wonderful from the moment you walk in. The breakfast is fantastic and I particularly appreciated the swimming pool and the hamam.

Nothing other than I wish the pool was heated :) That is literally all.

The hotel breakfast was amazing, had everything we could think of. We stayed there for the night of our wedding, it was really easy to check in even though it was really late and they even had complimentary fruit platter for the occasion.

As an Ankara local, I spend my special days in Hilton Ankara. I get the value that I expect every time. I wouldn't go for any other hotels in my city. Hilton is simply the best spot to be for a perfect hotel experience.

The staff on reception where fantastic. very very friendly and also nothing was too much trouble. This hotel knows how to look after it’s clientele.

Nothing to dislike. If I had to pick fault it was that it was more expensive than the last time we stayed

The food was delicious, the view from the lounge is amazing, the check-in was speedy and the reception was well informed about the city, the concierge was forthcoming and efficient, the general manager was a treat to talk to, the hospitality was genuine and super professional, and the rooms were lovely. We even extended our stay by a day.

I love the fact that you don’t need to put ur key to turn on light, everything automatic ! I like the fact that u can call the reception and for example I didn’t have tooth paste , everything was solved in 3 min ! Like Hilton I have visit many kinds of hotels, Hilton changed my mind ! Well At list in Ankara is perfect ! And Covid test the order for u , and if u forgot to pick ur results like I did I fell a sleep , I woke up and it was under my door 🥰perfect again !😎and I like the fact u can pay for all ur orders ,at ur check out ! 😎

Everything was great. Loved all the facilities and the vibe especially since it was Oktoberfest.

There could have been more provision in the lounge.
