Good location, 10 minutes from airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Good wifi. Enough choices for breakfast. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar (for a hotel). Would stay there again.

That they offered an airport shuttle transfer for €41 euros one way. We opted for a taxi from airport to hotel which was £5 (the return was about £13 as I assume there were booking fees). Save your money and take a yellow taxi from the airport to hotel instead - very easy.

There is very comfortable hotel near airport. Good restaurant in hotel and good restaurant across the road.

Transfer is excellent - new Mercedes Minibus but price for this transfer is 49 euro from airport to hotel and 59euro back to airport. Taxi is 10-16 dollars. Horrible price for 10 min road. Why hotel management doesn't write this info during ordering this transfer - really I don't know.

the hotel is brand new, super clean and cozy. great proximity to the airport. staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. breakfast is really diverse, plenty of choice. It was perfect stay for the night between flights. will definitely come back.

I received Royal treatment and extras. i was their fist guest following their renovation. the staff are extremely kind and very helpful. i will definitely be coming back to the hotel as a regular stopover each time i stay in Istanbul!!!

Very helpful staff, spacious bedrooms, and comfortable rooms. No facilities like restaurants close by, you always need a taxi but if u need to stay the night to take an early flight it is perfect. .

It's a brand new hotel from a recognized hotel brand. Great beds, breakfast included, fast check-in. Everything very clean. Late dinner was very good for travellers arriving at the hotel at 10 PM. Also, breakfast starting at 6 AM is very appreaciated having an early flight to catch.

Until the moment we set foot on the hotel or real, I have my doubts, because the building does not exist on Google Street View and all the images of the hotel are architectural renderings not real photos. It's a subject to work on by the hotel. Room price is excessive for being in Turkey. And they don't have family rooms, so we had to get 2 rooms. Breakfast lacked some basic choices, like expresso coffee, cereals. Probably it's because we had breakfast too early, I will never know.

The pull out bed was already made up for our third person when we arrived! Thank you! This has been a problem in the past, since we usually arrive tired and want to sleep immediately, but have to wait for the bed to be made up. The hotel has definitely heard my complaints on previous visits, and this time everything was prepared in advance. Consequently, our stay this time was absolutely perfect!

Everything was excellent! One small suggestion, though: have mayonnaise available at breakfast (Russians, which make up a lot of the hotel's clientele, like to put it on their hard boiled eggs)

Amazing breakfast, proper Hilton level rooms really kind staff. Easy transfer to the airport with biTaksi app for around 150TL. Perfect for a short stay during a stopover at IST.
