The rooms were a good size for a double room. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily if required (towels only if necessary but toiletries and minibar were. Breakfast was over 4 hours which meant you could enjoy it at your own pace and not be in a rush. Food items and levels were kept high. Staff always about if you needed anything or any information. Pool hours were 8am till midnight, they did have a poolside ordering service. clean and well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Off road parking is provided and large enough we always found a space.

English translations were few and far between in person. Could have provided more around the room and at reception. Minibar is only free if booking directly with the Hotel which we were not made aware of even after several days of using it (this was later rectified but the information was still missing). TV isn't smart so stuck with Italian tv channels.

This hotel is the best in Abano Terme I have been to several in the area but this hotel is number #1. The entire staff are extremely polite and professional. In the restaurant the team there are magnificent. Martina, Sofia, Ariana, and the chef making pancakes were great. They were so kind to my daughter, myself, and my partner. At the bar Gianluca was so nice and we made general conversation. Daniel the night shift receptionist was great he accommodated me when I was planning a great day for my daughter and partner. This hotel is a hidden gem. Stay in the executive suite it’s so nice.

Really relaxing and nicely furbished hotel that has a fantastic thermal pool and spa treatment. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!

I wish they had provided better directions for reaching the property. The commuter train from venice woukd have been cheaper and easier than the Padua to bus they recommended

The hotel is wonderful as it is small with fewer rooms which makes it feel like home but it has great facilities so you can really relax and be looked after

It wasn’t possible to book guided cycling trips from the hotel directly into the Euganean Hills or hire e bikes

Really liked this hotel. Very clean, modern and stylish designed room with a balcony. Super friendly atmosphere and hotel staff. Delicious and high quality breakfasts. Variety of drinks at the hotel bar and swimming pool with thermal water that works till 00.00. Excellent location of the hotel!

Our stay here was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor pool was good and had various water/ massage features- which were great. breakfast was good. Mostly the staff were good and attentive.

We saw rooms that were strange looking, probably we weren't supposed to see- screened by curtains. They were unusual in a hotel and somewhat spooky. This is just our opinion.

The breakfast choices where fantastic very friendly atmosphere at hotel location brilliant we have returned to the Aqua every year for the past 16 years it has got better every year

Great hotel, fantastic good, lovely pool, spotlessly clean, really comfortable and large rooms, excellent facilities and the staff were the absolute best part, always so friendly and helpful, especially Andrea.

The staff is great, friendly, professional, helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Water pressure in the shower is very low, makes it unpleasant. Rooms a bit narrow. Beds need to be secure when two beds put together to make queen size.
