I booked full pension for the 7 days I stayed and this was excellent value for money. The 3 course meals (both at lunch and dinner)were all great, varied over the week, and the staff went out of their way to address my food intolerances (no gluten, lactose, nuts). Almost all waiters and receptionists spoke fluent German. The hotel provides free bicycles which was handy (even though they are not great for taller people, but for short distances it was ok).

All was great! A small fridge in the room would be fabulous but with full board and a great bar I didn't miss it much.

A 3* Hotel with a really good value for Money, especially if you choose to have all the Meals in the Hotel. We had a little problem in our room, which was fixed in 2 Hours ( ! ) that´s how good the staff works. The Waiters in the Dining room are superb trained, even small wishes like extra Deserts were very well sorted out. Of course, this is a 30+ year old house with little nicks here and there, but, PLEASE, don´t expect a 5* Hotel when u book a 3* one.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the whole all inclusive package is excellent. A large selection of food, drinks. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating, they work with a smile. There are also free bikes available to ride which is great because the town is flat and a joy to ride around. The pool is excellent, both indoor and outdoor, sunbeds and umbrellas are free, everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms are air-conditioned, big enough, tidy, the bathroom too... The position of the hotel could not be better, right in the center. You don't need to use the car at all. Free parking is available in the facility, and there is enough of it for all guests. My 11-year-old daughter is delighted with the hotel and the people, that says everything about this place.

We liked absolutely everything- clean, comfortable, location. Very professional and polite staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Next time we’ll come only to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to all my friends.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Lovely room with a sunny balcony. Food was excellent. The pool was wonderful. Thank-you for letting our son with Asperger's syndrome play the piano, which he really loved. The staff were very supportive and it is great that the hotel benefits from being family run.

We missed the salad bar from previous visits but appreciate that Covid guidelines need to be followed.

Everything. The location and size of the room. The balcony had sunshine all day. The spacious corridors. Full board was excellent. Pool and the relaxed atmosphere. Third time here. The staff were good with our disabled son. Piano. Wifi was good. Thank-you.

Bring back the salad bar soon. (we presume Covid put a stop to this but there was a buffet breakfast)

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. All areas are remarkably clean and comfy. Spa is great and the food is delicious! I would like to thank all hotel stuff, you guys are doing really great job! And special thanks to Riccardo who was very helpful and kind to me and made my stay very pleasant! I will surely come back and reccomend the place to my friends and relatives

Hotel is very nice. Room was clean and spacious, there was also a balcony. Food was really tasty and there was plenty of food choices. Spa and the pool were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!
