Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful!!! The little house is absolutely charming in every way, appropriate name. It was immaculate, the bed and pillows the most comfortable of our journey through Italy since January. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully considered. Beautifully and tastefully designed as well! The location in this little village was perfect. Even the bar a few doors away was exceptional for breakfast. We booked one night but decided to stay another because it was that special. We had a fabulous time here I highly recommend a visit!!!

Nothing Our stay was perfect.

I loved the room itself and the courtesy of the check in staff. Upon booking I was surprised to find out that you need to pay extra money for different checking in time but the staff was very polite to text us all the details prior to getting to the hotel and to wait for us regardless, so is important to read carefully before making your booking as we didn't pay attention to that note booking last minute for a stop over. Alberobello is a lovely place to visit and they share with you a brochure for some knowledge. Very good check in experience, I have to say, despite any worries we had before and parking is close by, all the info provided for a worry free experience.

I would recommend to post accurate details, photos, of the accommodations they have when making the booking. On the website is mentioned you can't choose your trulli but I was expecting to stay in one of the single houses and wishful thinking have a terrace on top. This was not the case being all part of a bigger plot hence accurate photos of the exterior of the building would have lowered our expectations. Nevertheless, the place and location is amazing, interior was as in the photos.

It was a really nice experience to stay in this trulli. I had a very good communication with the hosts, which provided all details we needed to visit the best of the Alberobello, helped us find parking and provided a list of restaurants and other places of interest. The house was big, cosy, clean, with attention for the details making it a truly fairytail home. As Alberobello is very small, from where we stayed you can get in any point by walking maximum 10 minutes. It was a lovely stay which made us feel part of the magical feeling of Alberobello.

I can't find anything to dislike.

I had a fantastic time at this genuinely "charming" trulli! The receptionists were not only helpful and friendly but also impressively quick with their responses. Their excellent service truly heightened my overall positive experience during the stay. Beyond being clean and cozy, the trulli exuded a unique charm. With a perfect location just across the Trulli Sovrano museum and around 5 minutes from the center, I wholeheartedly recommend it for a delightful and memorable stay in the area! It definitely looked even better than in pictures!

Lovely big space and well located, very happy with the room. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Check in was smooth and a good breakfast in a lovey near by taverna was provided

Couple of small negatives; firstly lovely big space with living area and dining table for 6 but no kitchen facilities or cutlery which is odd when there is the space for it. Window in bathroom was damaged. There was a patio and roof terrice but no furniture which again is a bit of a waste.

Our trulli was at an amazing location, just a few steps from the Basilica of Saints Cosmas and Damian, a very quiet and tranquil area. The trulli was way bigger than what we expected and beautiful. We loved the interior design and especially the small but super stylish bathroom. The breakfast was at the Trattoria Terra Madre, we sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed our peaceful, true Italian morning.

The main bed was super soft, I think most people would enjoy a bit harder mattresses. The kitchen had cups, a kettle and a fridge, but no utensils. We would have loved to have some glasses, utensils and a sponge to wash our cups after the coffee.

Just beautiful and much larger than expected. Gorgeous view from a mini terrace with chairs and table on roof. So wished we had booked for two nights. Fabulous location, easy on street free parking. Great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Went for a wander around town in the morning too and had a lovely breakfast where recommended. We'll be back.

It’s in a quiet spot, not in among the trulli so there are no passers-by. It was very clean and comfortable

Guests should be aware that there could be quite a long walk from your car to the property- I got lucking with a parking spot c.400m away in a neighbouring street. There are no windows in the bedroom (which is otherwise lovely) so it could be a bit claustrophobic for some.

We are just pleased to stay in this house. It’s complete with amenities. There’s kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. It’s also close to everything, even the public parking.

Nothing really bad to say about this place. Highly recommended.

Our trulli was so lovely - I believe it was number 9 - had an extra bedroom and en suite up an external flight of stairs and a little out door terrace. Location was great, facilities were good - fridge, kettle and microwave (we only used the fridge).

Bed was too small (standard double not a kingsize annd barely enough room to walk around the bed) one side was pushed up against the wall - it was very uncomfortable and room was hot. Bed in upstairs bedroom was smaller than a double.
