A la Carte breakfast to room. Personal family service and welcome. Staying in contact with us throughout the stay and even recommended and booked our restaurants! Rooms were amazing and felt like a luxurious stay. 5 minute walk from the main tourist area. Lovely and quiet in April to avoid the crowds. Would definitely return!!!

The weather!! Just a little too early in season, for us to enjoy the roof top. Bring warm clothes to fully enjoy the area.

Everything was arranged into the details and they made sure to inform us about all what is to see in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was superb and was serviced in front of our room in the outside area. Also they helped us with everything (reservation for restaurants, transportation troubles etc)

We stayed in the Trulli and the airconditioning made a noise every few minutes as there is a special system needed to built in this inside the old Trulli's. This kept us awake most of the night unfortunately.

5 star hotel standards service provided by the youngest generation of the family owner, who speaks perfect French and explained us the history of the family and their institution; the time we discovered our beautiful suite in an amazingly decorated Trullo, our luggage arrived in the same time in our room, with a wonderful surprise, they offered us two glasses of local Pesseco which we enjoyed in the garden; we loved so much this Trulli stay, the highlight of our Alberobello visit! while I had to attend a 3hours working training during our stay, I enjoyed a perfect Wife connection in the salon while my partner slept peacefully in the room, they delivered me the Best Capucino in town to our Trulli suite during my training, it was so heartwarming! if you are lucky to visit Alberobello one day, this is the place to take, you won’t regret 🤩🤩

Nothing The Jacuzzi is not open until mi April, but this is well indicated in the booking description! It would be perfect to enjoy their Spa in terrace if you visit in Summer !

Private parking in the building would have been nice but otherwise it was amazing

Quality accommodation, great location, Vallerio was the perfect host. Awesome views from balcony and hot tub on second level.

Had an outstanding stay at Palazzo Scotto. Beautiful hotel in a great location and incredibly helpful staff. Breakfast was easy to order and brought to our room in the morning on a beautiful balcony looking over a truly unique town.

A well-managed establishment, with excellent infrastracture and really helpful staff (Valerio and Gabriel). The room was amazing!

Only suggestion.... give a key to each guest, as when one of us left the room, all the lights would go off until the other person came back!
