Fantastic location directly across from the beach. Supermarket, pharmacy very nearby as well as gelateria, restaurants & bars. Pool area is lovely and relaxing and well maintained with on-duty lifeguard. Staff in reception are professional, welcoming , extremely friendly and courteous and were able to provide us with useful advice and tips. very convenient to old town and all amenities.

Checkout could be a little later in the morning i.e. 12.00pm instead of 10.00am 😉 Other than that there is very little to fault in these residences as they are well run by a very professional and dedicated team

The location was perfect,very close to the beaches, above a cafe/supermarket had great choices of food and the croissants and baked goods were amazing. Kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook your own meals. Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing and responsive to any additional requests. We really enjoyed our time in Alghero. Has a pool (though we stayed on the beach all day)

The furniture was dated. Kitchen did not have any dish soap, had to use soap we brought with us. Bring your own soap/shampoo. Pool hours - would have been nice if the pool didn't close at 6:30pm but opened until 8pm or so.

Loved the size of the apartment. The pool was great so well kept. The lifeguards were very nice. Very close to the beach. Having the shop and bakery so close was a really great. Great that we could rent pool/beach towels. Twenty minutes walk to the old town which is absolutely gorgeous. You can book great boat trips there.

We stayed for ten days and our room was not cleaned. We had to request Fresh Towels after four days and they only left fresh sheets once. Had to go to reception to get basics such as toilet paper.

Woman at reception was lovely and friendly with great English. Loved the location. It was quiet enough as it seemed full all the time we were there, apart from the morning time when the room above us were a bit noisy. Sounded like they were always moving furniture around 8am. Loved the pool although would have preferred if T opened around 8am instead of 10am as I like a swim first thing. Shop underneath property for all groceries. Walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants and old town. Would totally go back!

Reception staff were so helpful. We asked for a late check out which they facilitated until 6 p.m. at a very reasonable price. We had requested an upper floor facing the pool and this request was met also. Supermarket just under appartments was so handy, had everything there. Lovely quiet pool area with a fab pool. Lots of lovely restaurants in area and very close to the beach.. Very good value for money.

Lift was broken for most of the week, not a big deal for us .

I liked location ( close to beach and above grocery shop) and nice staff, at the reception and swimming pool.

Two years ago I stayed at Gardenia, we had room on the fourth floor, with big terrace. This year I took more expensive option, room with sea view , hoping that room will have big terrace, with sea view, but no. Yes, I had sea view ( small part above the roofs) from my apartment , but terrace was very small, I was disappointed.

A very spacious 2 bed apartment with generous outdoor space, it was a corner plot. Loved the location, 20 minute walk to the old town, 5 minute walk to the beach and only 15 mins to the airport. There is a super market next door to apartment with everything you'll need, fresh bread daily and a great deli section.

I didn't like the pool closed between 1 and 2. I didn't like I had to walk to sister hotel (5 mins) away to use washing machine. A few more sunbeds around the pool would be good.

Exceptional staff, very responsive, friendly and helpful. High standard of cleanliness, supermarket downstairs. Pool area well laid out with good shower/bathroom facilities on hand.

Delivery lorries arriving very very early each morning for the supermarket made it noisy, recommend requesting accommodation away from delivery entrance. Shower enclosure was poor quality.

Great value, really clean, perfect location to walk to the old town and also to two beautiful beach areas. Directly above a large supermarket and small cafe bar, and easy to walk to fromm the airport bus stop. Pool is clean and supervised so good for all ages. Good sized balcony too. Sightly dated decor but it's really clean and well maintained so not a problem unless this is a deal breaker for you!

Would benefit from a few more items in the kitchen, everything is a little mismatched and sparse. The room needs a bottle opener too! We bought one so no big problem but it would be a nice touch if the crockery and glasses were replenished.

Very good value for the price, large apartment. Great pool. Washing machine in another hotel 50m away. Supermarket downstairs for all food & drinks etc. Don't understand why reviews are not better. In Ireland you would pay €163 per person in a 3*** hotel and for an ensuite room, not a full apartment. Would highly recommend

If you don't hold the entrance door it will slam with the spring so can be noisy if neighbours come back late during the night
