Nice clean, spacious room. Comfy beds. Hotel is on the top floor, no lift. 15min walk to town centre. 10 min to the beach. Girls in the reception very nice and friendly. Thank you. Breakfast simple, continental. Bus stop just 2min walk from the hotel. Cost £2 per ticket (you can buy it on the bus on the machine-coins only - it will last you 100min) Eaay to get to town or train station bys number 1/3 or 1/4.

Breakfast simple, as Italy has so many nice fruits and vegetables, would be nice to have just more fresh fruits/vegetables.

The room was big enough and clean (the bathroom as well). There was even an AC unit, which suprised us. Because of the reviews here, we were sceptical about breakfast. The breakfast corner was tiny, so you need to schedule a timeslot at reception in advance. However the food selection was more than enough - there were various drinks (water, juice, tea, milk, coffee), cereals, sweet pastry, croissants, jams, nutella, fruits, youghurts, and also tiny baguettes/criossants with mozzarella or proscuitto. I can imagine that some of these may be missing if you schedule your breakfast for late hours, but between 8 and 9 o'clock, there was really a feast. The hotel is located in the middle between the beach and the historical center of Ancona, which is ideal, since you can walk anywhere in under 10 minutes. (Also, there is amazing restaurant at the ground floor and great cafe/gellateria just across the street.) Within the building, the hotel occupies 3rd floor without an elevator, which was not a problem for us.

The place feels like an old-timey hotel but in a good way. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge that I appreciate. Toiletries were provided (liquid soap/shampoo, solid soap, and shower cap), and there were plenty of towels. The reception was very nice and helpful. The location is just so great, just a short walk to the beach and not very far from the bus stop. The room is very quiet and I slept really well.

Breakfast is quite basic. Also, the dining hall is very small (4 small tables), so there was a bit of scheduling to ensure that all guests could get their breakfast. There is elevator which can be a problem for those with big luggage.

Didnt like breakfast. No fresh fruit. No gluten bread or cereal. Alternative very sweet.

Even though the breakfast room was quite small - 4 tables in total - it had a very good selection. Also, we were able to take a tray with our breakfast to our bedroom, which I thought it was a bonus! The location was very good, 10min walk to Spiaggia del Passeto, which is amazing, and to the other side, 15min walk, the restaurants and shopping. And both walks in a pleasant 'park', with lots of trees and benches.

We didn't know we'd have to walk up three flights of stairs - lucky we only had hand luggage! Maybe they had a lift? No one at the hotel mentioned that.

Nice and friendly staff, it's a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. 10 minute walk to beach Passetto and also a 10 minute walk over the beautiful road to the city centre. Good airconditioning, clean and cosy.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor, so you need to take the stairs. That's not a big deal though. The matresses were a bit hard. But overall, this hotel is a lovely place to stay

The breakfast was very good. The location was good with easy access to the downtown area that we wanted. They were able to accommodate a very late check-in, with phone support as needed.

There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

There is a nice rustical atmosphere as the facility is in a historical building. Also, it is within walking distance from the main square of Ancona, Piazza Cavour. The staff was very helpful about providing some travel information to non-italian speakers.

The dining area is a bit small, but that is nothing too important.

Breakfast room was tiny and needed reservation before hand. Diversity of food was okay, but nothing fancy.

The location was very convenient and the room was just right Also the restaurant next door was so good we ate there twice.
