Breakfast was excellent as were the servers at breakfast. The location was excellent. The hotel itself was quite beautiful. It was an authentic mid century modern with great art and furnishings. We had a lovely spacious room with a private balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very very clean.

We had one dinner at the hotel and it was just ok. The service was lacking. The young man who brought us our sparkling wine had no idea how to open the bottle. The main server was aloof and did not bring us things we asked for. We were given a handicapped accessible room which we did not request. The shower was not enclosed so the bathroom got quite wet when we showered.

Location is wonderful, quiet, with a perfectly maintained garden where you can sit and chill with (or without) a drink, good size swimming pool, and amazing view on the sea and Conero coast. Sunset is breathtaking! Our room was a bit outdated and small, but the common areas have been renovated and they are nice, with cool sofas to sit and relax, a small library and a piano; this hotel is definitely worth it for the outdoors, the food and staff. Breakfast was served at the table, with top quality products, sweet and salty options; there was also a la carte menu available for eggs and the likes. We had dinner there and it was outstanding!

This is a delightful hotel, out in the middle of nowhere (yet less than 10 km from Ancona and technically walking distance from the beach, although that would involve navigating a road that is not quiet), set in truly massive grounds, most of which is garden overlooking a bay. It's delightfully quiet, sitting in the garden on one of the free loungers out there. For North Europeans, being able to sit outside all day more than comfortably in just shorts and a t-shirt at the end of October is a bit special, especially with a lovely view and almost perfect silence. We loved it, as did our dog. The breakfast is good (although not a buffet, but rather one provided via a waiter and an extensive menu) as is the evening menu in the restaurant. There is a nice-looking swimming pool area, although that didn't tempt us at the end of October, but I imagine it's rather nice in the summer.

The restaurant's portions were rather small, but we're trying to lose weight, so this is hardly a serious gripe. And if you're the sort that wants to try a five-course meal, which we're usually not, I guess even this gripe would be irrelevant? Small or not, the food was excellent.

The hotel is really nice located with a wonderful view on the Adriatic sea. The garden and swimming pool are absolutely delightful but the cherry on the cake is the bar/gazebo where you can have an amazing aperitivo. The barman is what makes the difference, he knows the new trends about cocktails and knows exactly how to satisfy your taste. The building is nice too, our room was spacious enough with a nice bathroom and a balcony that allow you to enter the garden directly. Breakfast was delicious and offers you a lot of different options from pancakes, crepes, eggs but also yogurt ecc. The waiters are all very nice and young. The woman at the reception was also very helpful giving us good advices on where to go for a swim, how to reach it etc.

it’s a little bit overpriced in my opinion

I can't say more than just wow. Very peaceful and calm setting with olive and pine trees on a cliffside overlooking the sea. This place has a feeling of Art Deco that has been kept modernised. A home atmosphere with a bit of holiday jasmine and sunshine thrown in. I was a solo traveller but never felt out of place. All of the staff, from from reception to housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure I was looked after. The food was incredible. 

No direct beach access. But what is lacking from being on the beach, is made up with charm, peaceful tranquility! There is a lovely pool, tennis courts, massages, and gardens to lounge around and just.... relax....!!! 

Beautiful location with gorgeous views and excellent breakfast. We went in November so good price and not too busy. Nice places to visit (by car) nearby and within 1 hour's drive (for example, 15 minutes druve from Ancona city).

Upon arrival we were asked if we would like a drink whilst the checkin was sorted. Ask for prices before you order as it wasn't on the house (our misunderstanding, we realised at checkout ;) But we enjoyed the drink anyhow :)

The hotel is in a beautiful situation which I only saw at breakfast as it was raving and misty when I arrived.

My bed it seemed was over the kitchens and most of the night I had to contend with trays being taken in and out of the ovens, like sliding doors being opened and shut. I did not sleep well. They make their own beautiful bread and pastries but I paid the price for that.

Wonderful hotel in huge panoramic grounds overlooking the sea. Big pool, plenty of sunbeds, not just at pool but around the beautiful grounds. Not on the beach but free shuttle (with lovely driver!) makes it no problem at all. Spectacular breakfast. Staff are wonderful.

We reserved a sea view with " patio or balcony" however the patio is miniscule, and down four steps from the garden (see photo), so we didnt use it at all.

Amazing location. We really liked the variety of seating areas for every need. The pool was lovely. Dinner was superb and service was faultless - friendly and attentive but not overwhelming. Always one step ahead of us. Our room was small, but perfectly functional and the bathroom lovely. If I stayed again I'd pay extra for a sea-view room but as a one night stop our room was ideal. I wish we could have stayed longer. Parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious. I felt relaxed as soon as we arrived.

The staff was so kind, the restaurant very good and the food very tasty, they had an amazing coffee as well for coffee lovers. The barman made us some nice cocktails as well. Everything was so nice and relaxing. I will return for sure to enjoy it even more. Thank you for everything!
