Great views, friendly staff, huge room, comfy bed. Balcony with chair and great view. Garden area outside reception with various places to relax Breakfast had good selection, fresh croissants, coffee machine (including hot choc), meats, cheese, cakes ect Bit of a walk to main city but enjoyable route, across a bridge over the river pretty views. The town of Charvensod the hotel is in is very sweet and has a great bar with excellent drinks, snacks and service, plus a pizzeria with many choices, plus lots of pretty sights

There wasn’t a do not disturb sign to put on the door so everyday housekeeping came in and replaced bedding and towels which seems wasteful but I’m sure if I asked reception they would have accommodated

Really lovely hotel, would highly recommend, it was clean, comfortable and our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got a map of the city and places we could visit. The bathroom was lovely and clean, our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain over the bath so the floor got very wet and needed to put an extra towel down to mop it up. There was a fridge in the room and we could make hot drinks. The bar area was nice and welcoming and you could sit outside. Only 10-15 mins walk into the city and lots to explore. There was a restaurant but it was closed the day we were there so no idea what it was like. Lots of parking too.

There wasn’t a lot of choice for breakfast so at 9 euros each it was expensive. Our room had sloping walls by the fridge and desk which my husband kept banging his head on.

A lovely hotel in delightful setting. Parking was easy. Martina was most welcoming. We had a spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking the garden. The room was pleasant and comfortable. However, that day it was about 30 degrees. The air con was not on and it was explained that it is not switched on until June. It would have been better if that information had been available at the time of booking. The owners son expressed his regret and as a sweetner kindly offered us breakfast gratis which turned out to be very nice.

This is the second time that I stayed at your Hotel. The first one was last year and I did it this year I love to stay at youy Hotel because it satisfies my expectations. The location is excellent for travelles and the rooms arequite clean and comfortable. I have already recommande this hotel to my relatives who I know that they came.

I cannot say something which I dont like because I enjoyed my stay at Your hotel.

This small hotel offers great value to those that like us are looking only for a place to sleep when visiting the Aosta valley. It's 5 mins away by car from the city centre. The person at reception is super kind and helpful (he gave us some good dinner recommendations and even helped us locate a hotel card we had forgotten in a restaurant).

As mentioned by almost everyone, it is very clear that this place needs an urgent revamp. Everything in the hotel feels old and cheap and the beds and pillows are not exactly super comfortable.

The price was quite low compared to other Alpine hotels. No problem to bring a dog. Easy parking both at the hotel and at the ski cabin lift.

The breakfast was very poor and definitely not worth the money. Although the location is very close to the Pila cabin (walking distance) you have to cross a really ugly industrial environment. It's a cheap accommodation, don't expect any Alpine romance :-)

lovely grounds, great mountain views, ROM very large and the bed was very comfortable.

Like other hotels I stayed at in Italy there was no ventilation to the room except by opening the door onto the balcony. This meant my sleep was disrupted by mosquitoes! I didn’t book the breakfast thinking I could find a cafe bar nearby, but it was quite a walk, so probably say yes to breakfast.

Great location with a very short walk to the Pila gondolas. Large rooms, hot showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. The local bar and the pizzeria were great and just around the corner. Our second stay and highly recommended. The owner, Gabriel and his team ensured we had a lovely time and dealt with any queries immediately. Looking forward to our next stay. Pila is a great ski resort. Staying in Aosta gives you easy access to the slopes but the benefit of a beautiful city by staying in Aosta. Thank you

Nothing really. We did have some, embarrassingly English, guests who were drunk and noisy in the early hours. The hotel team dealt with it immediately.

We really liked the location of the property and the view. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The property was a bit outdated with some touches of refurbishment. Also we didn’t like because at our arrival they informed us we had to pay city tax which we didn’t know from the booking from the begin and in our opinion it should be into the price.
