The hotel is well positioned very close to the city center, large room (triple) and large bathroom, with nice furniture and an elegant "old stile" appeal. I did not try breakfast but it looked gorgeus. The desk staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and parking place.

This is more a personal preference, but the bed was quite firm for me, did not find it comfortable, and the pillow really flat and hard too. I did ask for a softer one (maybe feather pillow?), but it was not available. Aosta is certainly a costly city, but the price for value at this hotel was not at top.

Breakfast was served in a patisserie within the hotel. It was beautifully presented by very welcoming and friendly staff who explained several of the dishes on offer which were local specialties and it was nice to try these as well as more typical breakfast dishes.The food was of very good quality and there was no limit on how many dishes or drinks you selected.Very high standard of service and quality of food.

Nothing. I am used to self service and can be very greedy at breakfast so I felt a little self conscious asking for several dishes! But the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Attractive decor, comfortable room, well appointed. Reception was friendly and helpful. Really nice lounge where I was able to sit and read or have a coffee with lovely picture windows overlooking the square and the mountains surrounding Aosta. Overall the hotel just had a nice feel to it. Also has a restaurant attached, which I never used, but looked pretty good.

Room could be a bit bigger. Also a thin layer of dust on some of the higher shelves -- pretty common in hotels. Cleaners don't reach that high. But if you put a white shirt on the shelf, you'll get dust stains. So check before unpacking. But nothing of significance wrong with the place -- very clean otherwise, and nice comfy bed.

Very good service, pleasant staff, nice room, nice decor in the lobby areas and great location in centre of the town.we had secure parking close by and it will have an electric charger connected shortly.

the hotel lacked any atmosphere. there was no gathering/bar area. Definitely no apres ski. the dining room is the patisserie cafe and whilst it was an adequate breakfast, and nice staff, it was too formal, not very welcoming. It was a posh patisserie not a warm dining/eating area

The location was great-central to everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious enough. I appreciate the counter space in the bathroom. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Most impressive was the very kind, hard working and friendly staff of the cafe. I had breakfast there each day and drinks on the beautiful terrace in the evening. At times the breakfast service was very crowded and the servers, though clearly very busy, remained professional and friendly. The food was very good also. I cannot say enough about the staff of this cafe and the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The train station was very near and the city centre was there too. There was a food and culture fair going on and it was a awesome time to be there to sample all the food from the region. We had great recommendations from the hotel service and they even book the lunch place for us. Great food, great service and lovely people. Would come back again to try skiing at the mountains. 😀🥰

The room should provide some complimentary water for the guest.

The hotel was in a great location and was extremely valuable for the price. We could easily walk to any place in town from the front steps. The attached restaurant was also pleasant for a morning coffee before exploring.

Like many other places, this property did not have parking included. If you are driving, you must pay for parking in a nearby parking lot. We missed this information upon booking, however we would stay here again given how comfortable and accessible the property was.

The hotel is in a great location near places of beauty and interest, with good restaurants nearby and very helpful staff. The patisserie serves wonderful breakfasts and food and drink all day. The sitting room area near reception is large, comfortable and quiet.

Delicious breakfast in the pâtisserie. The scrambled eggs were savoury, light and perfect. I loved the croissants too and of course the espresso macchiato. All amazing. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. It's a very dog.friendly hotel too. Great location in the centre but still calm. We will definitely be back.

Only thing is the 2 beds pushed together is always less comfortable than a real double or king bed.

A little bit of noise from the square meant windows kept shut at night but we are used to real quiet so not major for most people. Hotel garage seemed to run from 14.00 each day so no good if on slopes. We used free car park by gondola Station.
