Breakfast was excellent. Love the privacy of the garden (lawn chairs, sauna, hot tub, lounge). The entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stay at this hotel almost every time we visit Riva Del Garda.

Dinner was good; however, if the menu remains the same every evening, it doesn't offer much variety. Ate there one night, and decided to try other establishments the other evenings. There appeared to be ample parking; however, spaces are a little tight in the non-reserved portion of the lot.

Great place, great people. The hotel is located in a beautiful place right by the beach. Staff very professional and very helpful, friendly and smiling people, we felt at home. Rooms very clean, fragrant, cleaned daily, linen and towels changed. The food in the hotel is perfect .... a great place to eat, a terrace where only lemons grow, right in front of the beach! tasty breakfasts, from crispy bread to delicious meats, cheeses, tomatoes, olives, my favorite artichokes, and coffee, whoever wished, delicious scrambled eggs or omelette, plus various drinks such as juices or teas. Separate private place to rest and sunbathe, or rest in the shade of olive trees. We were able to use the beach chairs and jacuzzi. To all this, there is an open drink bar where we got drinks, drinks, beer!!! We spent beautiful moments with you, thank you very much for everything and SEE YOU, WE WILL COME BACK. amazing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains from my room and the balcony. Hot tub on the balcony of my room was very exciting for both me and my grandchildren who came up from their rooms to experience it. Immediate access to the stony beach and Lake Garda with all the watersports to watch was lovely (beware of cyclists and skaters whooshing past on their track). Easy level ten or fifteen minute gentle walk round the cycle/pedestrian path to the nearby tourist town of Torbole for ice cream and also for a boat ride to see nearby cave and waterfall. breakfast was a brilliant selection with someone to cook eggs in any way.

Apart from the breakfast, food for little children was perhaps not perfect in the restaurant. We bought food from the local nearby Lidl (5 minutes walk) Lidl for picnics in our rooms for some meals.

The hotel has an excellent position right on the lake, possibly the best location of Torbole/Riva! The view from the rooms of the category "lake view" is mind-blowing. The rennovated rooms were really nice, and we were lucky to have a large balcony which was perfect for the evening lake contemplation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the private grass garden with olive trees where one can read a book, sunbathe or just watch the lake. The bike service was great - free of charge, and the bikes were at good condition. The parking was quite comfortable and safe. We ate good in the evening -- advisable also at lunch, even though salads are a bit costy. All summed up, a great hotel, with its strongest points - location & the view, bar/restaurant and garden areas, as well as additional services such as bike rent.

The only two drawbacks of the hotel - the sound-proofing that unfortunately was not enough (we could hear the neighbouring rooms) and the door of the room (it did not look super-solid, and in fact the light from the corridor was entering the room quite a lot from the angles around the door)

The location in front of Lake de Garda was amazing.The staff as well. Parking was a bonus .The breakfast was full.The room with a balcony facing the lake.

Location is awesome. Directly on the beach, rooms looking at the lake. The rooms are super quiet and whole location seems very peaceful. You have also a lot of space to park your car in front of hotel. Our room also had a tiny balcony and it was really nice to just sit and relax while watching surfers on the lake.

The room was nice and clean but really lacks functionality. Like, there's a sink in the middle of the room (not in the bathroom) but no place to put the towel. Or there's a TV but the bed structure covers the view on the TV.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was exceptionally well fitted, and spotless. Location was perfect with beautiful lake views.

Air con was set too high at 23*C and we couldn’t change it. Asked at reception but they seemed unable or unwilling to reduce the temperature for us.

The location of this hotel is wonderful if you want a quiet stay. Our room looked straight out onto the lake, it was a truly spectacular view from the bed. The Restaurant was lovely, again looking straight onto the lake. Very nice and dinner was also wonderful.

The room was a little quirky for our tastes; very sparsely decorated with almost nothing in the room other than an Ikea type double four poster bed which was VERY creaky. The shower and bathroom were separated from the room purely by a glass panel and sliding door.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back at some point very soon. The location and views are spectacular looking out onto the lake, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and after checking out we still had access to the facilities, bikes, showers, anything we needed. For the price we paid I could not believe how good it was, one of the best stays I've had anywhere.

Views from the lake side rooms were very nice. The location is extremely convenient and you can’t get any closer to the beach! Car parking was no fuss. Free washing machine and dryer to use were very also very convenient. Rooms were clean.

Some rooms slightly outdated but did not prevent us from having a very enjoyable stay. Bar fridge was not cold at all.
