The mountain view its amazing, swimming pool is ok too just enough for my height, my hubby enjoyed it much & the breakfast, its yummy. The staffs were kind. Location, wow! Near from restaurants, malls, shops & to the lake.

Though the bathroom was clean there are ants on the floor. The a/c not so cold. I requested for a queen bed, but it came out 2 single beds. 😑

Everything was clean in the room, even the inside of the fridge 😊😊😊 Pool seemed quite nice and clean and was included in the service. Easy check in and check out. They stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after the check out. Breakfast was a great idea, fresh and delicious food at the buffet, good coffee and wide variety of food (salty and sweet choice). Position of the place was good, close to a supermarket as well, walking distance 15min to downtown city center. A 5min walk to a bus stop where there is a bus to take you to Rovereto and Trento.

Professionalism, willingness, flexibility in solving any problem. The heart of the hotel, among other employees, are Antonio and Sueli, for whom their profession is a mission and not an ordinary job. We wish the owner of the hotel the best of luck in renovating the bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again.

Great breakfast- lots of variety and vegan options. Bike friendly- a safe place to lock bikes and ability to store luggage. Easy to jump off bike path and find.

It’s out of town a bit. Ok if you have bikes but would be a bit of a pain on foot. Pretty dated decor but fine 👍

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lacks fried eggs or pouched eggs and fresh salad leafs. Parking was not a problem. Lobby bar is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old, some things need refreshment.

Everything you need and nothing more. Pool was clean and easy to get a lounger. Breakfast was adequate. Room perfectly functional. Balcony lovely for midday shade.

No plug near the desk area in room. Noisy fridge.

Very nice, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room in the city centre, although situated in a calm street. Beach, restaurants, bars and shopping centre are in walking distance. The old town can be reached easily, bikes can be rented. Free parking, wifi, delicious breakfast, minibar and air-conditioning are available.

Coffee did not taste very well.

Great Location, close to the center, nice swimmingpool and big parking place. Rooms are ok with balkon and very nice and kind and helpfull stuff at the reception and also during breakfasts.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view to the swimming pool. The breakfast was nice and various. The swimming pool was nice and it was good to know that it is being cleaned every morning. The lake is very near, but you have to walk a little further for the city center.

The location is perfect. We had a lovely time in the swimming pool looking at the mountains. The receptionist at night was ever so helpful and patient with almost 50 questions that we asked her.

Breakfast could have been better. No fried eggs or omlettes.
