Very friendly and responsive staff. I am very grateful that it was possible to put food in the refrigerator at the reception. Nice view from the window. Comfort bed. The bathroom is well-equipped. The breakfast is really nice. One of the best experiences with small "but", read below about.

The air conditioning works, but not too cold. Seems all milk-contained products (yogurt in the glass and coffee with the milk) were overdue to taste. Maybe chef did not notice that. I requested check-in later than it's possible but got no answer and seems nobody would wait for us. Luckily we arrived 30 minutes before closing.

We enjoyed the breakfast area and the amazing buffet, the great swimming pool and that there was a spacious and safe parking spot for the car. The location was perfect, between Arco and Riva, very convenient to go anywhere within 10mn car ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you very much !

When you like to travel to see the Lake Garda and the area around the City of Riva this Hotel is absolut highly to recommend, you will find a large poll, mountain view, a huge variety of breakfast, super friendly staff, a very nice garden, free parking, bikes to rent and all this for a super fair price. At night time you can in 5 to 10 minutes, go, drive, ride to Riva enjoy night life there or go swimming at daytime and many things more. The Hotel looks a little bit outside on the map but it is worth to stay there at any second and we will definetly want to come again. It was a super perfect stay and we really enjoyed every second thx.

We loved the staff and the facilities were perfect for our family of three. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it was beautiful. Great access to downtown shopping and the beach. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning was not functioning and it was blistering hot.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming, we felt looked after. Amazing new local micro brewery walking distance away. We loved the garden space at the hotel. Good for little kids.

The pool is gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic! The staff is very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner.

Relatively small room. No sound-proofing in the walls (maybe they are made of paper...) Almost EVERYTHING can be heard in the adjacent room and the on the passage.

The location was very peaceful but offered everything we needed. It has a great pool area and amazing breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Great value for money

Lovely view, comfy bed, delicious and colourful breakfast in comparison to Italian traditional plain breakfast... Very nice garden and clean swimmingpool.

The only thing I missed was a plate or hanger under the bar soap on the wash-basin.
