It is really nice and good hotel to stay in Riva. Standard Room was not giant, but there was enough space. Beds were comfortable, room had a small balcony, mini fridge to keep drinks cold, so basically all that you need. Breakfasts were very good, satisfying variety of food, both hot and cold, pastries, beverages and other. There was a swimming pool, but unfortunately it was too cold to use it (in May), I don't think it was even open yet at that time. Staff was very friendly, I had a chance to speak with a few people asking out tourist stuff. Remember to get Mio Trentino Guest Card! This will provide many benefits, including free public transport in Trentino area, museum discounts and so on, I regret being told about it too late during our stay.

Location is not perfect. You may think that it looks close to city centre, when looking at map, but reality is that it is quite a long distance if walking by foot. Our balcony was facing main street and it was a little too noisy in the evening/at night due to driving cars.

Hotel Rudy accomodated us at the last minute and the were so nice and helpfull! Welcome at the reception was so profesional and heartwarming😁 The room was clean, neat and we had more than enough towels and space. Now for the best bar experience ever! Alesandro - menager of the bar hotel Rudy was PERFECT! His cocktails are magnificent, tasty and so pretty to just look at! This was the best experienece we ever had at the bar, so easygoing, so nice, profesional and the whole experience just felt like home. ❤️ Thank you Alesandro❤️

Very friendly and coöperative personal, Nice quiet room with beautifull view towards the mountains. housekeeping is very nice and our room was daily cleaned with new fresh towels and sheets on the bed. Very rich and delicious breakfast with a lot of choice including all kinds of fruit. I definitely recommend this hotel, we had a lovely Honeymoon.

The bed was too hard for me so I didn't sleep very well

The breakfast options were amazing and it was also included in the price which was great! Staff was friendly and they let us store our bags and use the pool for an hour after we checked-out. I wish the pool was heated but nontheless we still used it almost everyday during our stay.

It's about 20 minutes walk to get tot he main bus station and maybe around 25 min walk to get to the city centre.

We just stayed one night on our way to Genoa in Riva del Garda. Arriving in the afternoon it was too short for us to use the spa area and we decided to walk downtown. It was not far and we had a nice glance at the surroundings. The room was nice and spacious enough for us. We had a window to the street, but it was quiet enough at night.

The spa area is chargeable and only available to house guests in the afternoon. In the evening it was only available for private sessions.

The staff was so welcoming to our special requests and made sure they were fulfilled. The room looked very nice and clean. The location was only a short walk away from the centre.

There was a lot of noise coming from the street and it disturbed our sleep. Also at 5 AM in the morning we heard some other customer taking a shower in another room, also woke us up. Thin walls.

Cosy and symphatic small hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was super nice! Also I liked that there was an option to rent bicycle at a reasonably price since the hotel was a little bit farther from the old town and the lake. Still location was good with nice views and we appreciated the free parking space.

Only ”essential critic” is that mattress pad was missing so the bed wasn’t so comfy (only spring mattresses). And rooms weren’t soundproof so all noises came in and out.

Modern clean room and nice pool/outside area. The service at breakfast was very good. Great location if coming by car, parking right outside.

The bathroom is quite small.

The amazing receptionist made it possible for me to get in the room early, since my arrival was a nightmare and I couldn't sleep properly. So, this dedicated man pulled all strings for me to be able to get my last bit of night's rest. Thanks a lot again!

Right now in reparations and expansion. Therefore, handyman were working.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience because of the amazing help and relaxed attitude attitude guests had toward us.

The only thing I would suggest is to clean the shower drains. The water in the shower builds up a lot because the drain isn't working properly.
