Great locaton in town, parking available, great wellness facilities.

The location and grounds were exceptional. Beautiful garden that was perfect for relaxing and reading. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort and assistance. The bed was very comfortable! I was able to use the pool area during my stay and it was kept very clean. The breakfast service was good!

During a 10-day road trip through northern Italy, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and in need of rest. Fortunately, the hotel provided us with the peace and quiet we needed, along with the added bonus of a spa, sauna, and Turkish steam bath. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Nicolai and the staff, which set an excellent example for other places to follow. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to learn about the hotel's history and stayed in the suite where one of the previous owners had his photo studio. We were able to leave our car on the hotel premises while we climbed the old castle and even enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee before we left. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the hotel and commend the staff for a job well done.

This was an amazing experience: hotel was stunning, with charisma, full of history and at the same time, so modern in terms of facilities (lifts to all floors, automatic lights, double glazing windows considering the age of the property , facilities in the kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave and etc), and cleanliness (room was cleaned every day, new towels and etc). The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful, terrace was very nice. The view to the castle was fantastic. Location is so great and so central and very convenient. It was great to go for walks around. Hotel had private parking with charging station. The staff was great and so friendly. Especially Romina, was so helpful with everything, explained us everything in details, gave suggestions for activities and what we should visit. The certainly made us feel welcome and made an extra step to make our break unforgettable. Thank you for this experience.

The only negative aspect of this break was, that the time was running too fast and we didnt want to leave.

The villa is in the heart of Arco and a short walk to the center through a very pretty park…Via Magnolie. The rooms were immaculate and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. They also have parking right at the property which was very convenient. Our family would be happy to return!

Loved everything!

Everything was in its place. The accommodating managers I would say are excellent, attentive to every little detail with attention to the small gestures that make the difference. A fantastic structure with all the services of a large hotel. Excellent value for money. For each request, everything possible will be done if not foreseen by the courtesy and professionalism of the managers and collaborators or by the services contained in the historic structure.

Beautiful property, great location, exceptionally friendly staff. Apartments were very comfortable, pool was great and the addition of the outdoor hot tub in the gardens was fantastic. Breakfast is also superb.

This place was amazing! It is a historic property that has been renovated to a very high standard. Rooms are comfortable and very clean! The shower works very well. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath are lovely. Breakfast is delicious - great variety of cheese, ham, fresh fruit, pastries / fresh cakes, fresh smoothie bar, fantastic coffee. Electric bikes to rent. Washing machine free to use. Lovely location in Arco, close to lake Garda and all the northern villages. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We had such a wonderful experience and a relaxing stay. Thank you!

We stayed during a heat wave in July, this meant the room was a little hot for us (we are British) as the AC does not go down as cold as we would have liked. However to resolve this we were able to move from the top floor to the ground floor, this was a really appreciated. Perhaps having a fan available would be great, but this is common in Europe and we still would rate this a 10/10!

Everything about this property was perfect - staff is a 10/10, the location is perfect, the entire property is like an oasis in the midst of a town. It feels classy and staff make you feel very special. We loved the breakfast and the way breakfast staff looked after us. I’m sure we’ll be back!!!

The most remarkable for us, was that we felt at home, the staff was very kind and friendly, helping us with all our queries. The hotel itselfe is a successful combination of a classic/historic building with comfortable and clean and modern facilities.
