I arrived late at night and hotel was easy to find from the bus stop. Communication with the hotel was excellent. The reception people were very friendly and welcoming. The AC and Wifi worked fine. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious with a kitchen, but no refrigerator which I thought to be unusual. It had a balcony and an elevator. The room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again.

The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in the room/ kitchen. Even a bar fridge would have been fine. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Clean room, good air conditioning, good wifi, nice staff, free italian breakfast, good location about 15 minutes walking from train station and also from old city. We especially apreciate being able to get our room in the morning, several hours before the check in time.

Shower head fixed to the wall so it's kind of difficult to shower if you don't want to get your hair wet. Shower drains very slowly, probably clogged. The room could use more electricity outlets.

Very friendly staff! My child and I arrived earlier than planned, and although we couldn't check in earlier, we were offered breakfast and given all the information we needed. Breakfast (coffee, yogurt, croissants, fruit, juice...) is a pleasant event. This is a budget option, it takes about 20 minutes to the historical center, 13 minutes to the train station, but it is quite easy to get there on foot, because the street layout is parallel-perpendicular. There are supermarkets nearby. Good for a short stay when you don't plan to spend much time in the room.

Hotel of the previous era. The room is small. There are no dishes (for example, glasses). The balcony door/window opened onto the shared terrace (inner courtyard) so there was no privacy and the blinds had to be closed at night.

The hotel is near to the station of ferrotramviaria from where you can travel comfortably to the airport. The hotel is old, but very clean and for one or two nights offers a sufficient accomodation. The room wasn't that big, but we didn't have a real problem with that as we spent most of our time there in the city. The staff is super nice and the reception is open 24hours a day.

With big luggage it can be little bit uncomfortable as the room is not so big, but we didn't have that problem.

First off, yes, the interior is not from the last few years, but don't let that stop you. The rooms and bathrooms have a good size and AC, everyone working there I met was exceptionally nice and it's very clean. What else could you possibly want at a three star place at a very fair rate? The hotel is easily within walking distance to the old town with different shops all around. (Just don't necessarily trust Google with those, we found more closed supermarkets using Google than we did without.) The room key is a reminder of simpler times, when not everything was credit card sized (or smaller) and has enough weight, you'll never forget it's in the pockets of your trousers. What you get for your money is more than fair here.

If you want to have a pleasant, not expensive and nice stay in Bari with a very nice breakfast ,you should choose Hotel Cristal . 8-10 minutes by foot from everywhere. Bus station & train station & city centre. Also 5-7 minutes by foot to bus station for the beaches and the airport. The room is good and all the staff is very kind . It is an old hotel but we didn't mind It was hard to set the water (it was too hot or too old but we had the same problem in different hotel in Rome as well)

Front desk and other staff were so kind! Nice little balcony with a couple chairs was included with our room. Room service brought fresh towels and made the bed for us. I would recommend coming to this hotel to anyone, it's very clean, people are friendly, and it is probably the best value I've gotten out of this price. I had no issues with check in/out or leaving during the day.

People at the reception and overall service in the hotel absolutely fantastic. Always helpful, smiling, creating truly warm atmosphere, but bare in mind they don't speak english. Hotel is old, and you need to remember that while booking the room. But it's clean and tidy, with great localization. For breakfast you've got selection of croissants, flakes, and fruits, plus coffee. We had a room with balkony, don't know if every room comes with a balkony. Air condition was leaking a bit, shower doesn't have handle, but it's understable considering the price that was really low. So overall great value deal comparing hotel standard to price. We spent there fantastic 4 days, felt safe and secure. Again, great great people running the hotel.

One thing I would recommend for the future is to provide kettle and few mugs to the room, small thing but that was that was something we're been missing much.

Hotel has vibes of the previous century, nevertheless it is lovely and clean. Rooms are well-maintained, a bed is comfortable. The size of a shower cabin is enough, if you’re not obese. Early Italian breakfast is perfect for the beginning of a tourist’s day. Hotel’s staff are friendly and helpful.

A little bit of a mold in the bathroom, but non-crucial.
