Bathroom was great. We arrived after checkin hours, selfcheckin worked well. Location was great. A men at reception downstairs in the building was very polite. I loved a coffee place opposite entrance of the building as i could get there every morning fresh fruit and vegetables juices

Breakfast was for me unusable. Everything sweet, artificial flavours and unhealthy. I would prefer a piece of fruit. I was ok to eat simple cornflakes for few days. But first day we both got a jar of cornflakes..so we had two jars of cornflakes for the room, amd it was sufficient for our breakfast. They could see we ate only cornflakes first day and haven't touched sweet cakes and biscuits as we do not like them. But next day and going forward they reduced cornflakes to one jar only and other jar they filled even with more biscuits that we didnt eat.

Well organized on-boarding, everything prepared properly (even already the breakfast for the next day), The room was clean and generous, bed excellent (above standard in Italy) and well equipped. Room has been cleaned on both days of our stay. Near to train station Bari Centrale to simplify the transfer from and to the airport. But also only a short foot-walk away from the old center of Bari and the harbour. Breakfast enjoyable in several bars in the near neighborhood. Perfect for a city trip and even if you like to see the towns around Bari, which are easily accessible by public transport.

Rather noisy (window to the street, doesn't help even when closed). Proposal: Make booking without breakfast possible. We just made coffee as the equipment was there. But we only take a minimum of the prepared instant and packed sweets. In terms of environmental sustainability you might have the chance to support it and provide only in case of specifically ordered by the client.

It was in a top location, very close to the central station, a perfect way to commute to and from the airport, and right next to the main city center Murat and the old city. There are many nice cafes and restaurants to enjoy below the apartment. The bnb itself was very clean and spacious. Check-in was very easy. We did not have any noise issues from the street or adjacent rooms. We really appreciated the small breakfast and coffee corner in the room as we had to catch an early flight.

The only negative thing was the size and the speed of the elevator in the apartment. The elevator was a bit outdated and suitable for 1 person+ luggage. Our room was at the 7th floor, so we had to wait some minutes to go down&up. It is not the bnb’s fault, but still a thing to keep in mind.

Carlotta was exceptional!! I stupidly booked my bus from naples to bari for the wrong day. I had to wait for the next bus. Panic was an understatement. I contacted the property, and Carlotta gave me assurance. She was so helpful. The room is so spacious I stayed in room 301. Had a balcony and the breakfast was perfect. Coffee machine, kettle. TV, mini fridge with water, milk and juice. Location was a 3 min walk to the main train station. Restaurants very close by, shopping close by, and most importantly 2 icecream shops. Would definitely stay again.

All was perfect

I can't praise manageress Carlotta enough, despite my flight being delayed, she was helpful and friendly. Though basic, the room was clean and fresh, with the breakfast tray refreshed daily. The apartment is right in the hub close to the station, convenient for travel, shopping, and the old town.

Breakfast tray perhaps could have healthier options. Lovely large balcony in room 701, domestic view but any sunshine is a bonus, a nice chair or lounger would have been great for relaxing.

Excellent location right beside the train station, we were getting a really early flight the next morning and we're able to walk to the train station and hop in a taxi. Spacious apartment, great place to explore Bari. Staff were lovely, communication was very quick.

Lift was tiny, but not an issue for us. Breakfast was a bonus, but I felt everything was too sweet and we didn't eat any of it (but we were getting up at 4am).

We arrived at the time agreed on but waited downstairs for nearly half an hour while the doorman tried to find out who to contact about our arrival, meanwhile we messages staff to say we were here but they did not tell us how to get in. The doorman finally phoned somebody who helped us out. The room is on the 7th floor with a very small lift, very very small, when we got to the b&b there were all these staff there...hard to understand what they were doing as they were not friendly.

The property consists of two flats in the same building, each with a few rooms. Modern decoration. Very clean. The breakfast is left in the room when you check-in, so the selection is a fruit juice, self made coffeee, cereals and cookies and biscuits. This is compensated by the convenience of having breakfast ready, especially for an early checkout. The doorman of the building, although not strictly part of the staff, was very helpful. Very good location ti wander around Bari and 5 minutes from the railway stasion and the trainj to the airport.

Some informations about Bari could have been interesting.

We expected a simple room since we spent only one night in bari. But we are very impressed with the room. A very well equipped room with good towels, bed linen and comfortable bed. Ideal for a short stay in bari. The location is perfect to get to know Bari or to make excursions from Bari, as you are 2min from the train station.

It was not the best view from the room, but you have to know that you are also in the center. The air conditioning makes noise during the night and the milk was no longer fresh that was provided for us for breakfast. Otherwise everything was ok.

Lovely spacious room within very close proximity (5 min walk) from the shopping district and a 10 min walk from Bari old town. Breakfast was provided as expected and the rooms were cleaned every day which was unexpectedly pleasant! Carlotta met me when I arrived and showed me around, she was very helpful with the accommodation of one more guest for 1 night.

As described by some other guests, the walls are a little thin / the pipes are slightly noisy. But overall not that disturbing for me.
