The location is superb, few minutes walk from the central train station and city center. The room was spacious with pretty big bathroom (with towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries), an A/C unit, mini bar, our own terrace. The breakfast was OK, just enough for the start of the day, since it was quite hot so you don't have that big of an appetite. The classic interior is also very nice. We were supposed to be checked in at 15:00, but our room was ready at 12 o'clock - that was also very nice. You will get a set of 4 keys to carry with you (one key opens first three doors from the outside, another - main door to the suite complex, third is your room key and the last is for safe box). Checkout is at 10:00 and the host let us to keep our bags until 13:00

The room itself needs a slight touch up here and there. Fan in the bathroom needs lubrication. The floor in the room might give you splinters in some places, so use slippers. AC is placed just at the side of the bed, so you may catch a cold (I understand that in these kind of buildings to move the AC would be pretty difficult)

The interior of the hotel and of the rooms is grand and splendid. Our room was very, very spacious, adorned with copies of famous paintings, with a painted ceiling and with a balcony overlooking the street and a university building. The bathroom contained a shower and a large bath. It was tasteful and special. The location is just 5 minutes from the railway station and 10/15 minutes to the old town. Breakfast was very good and served by a delightful gentleman who could not do enough to help.

The room lacked some basic facilities. There were spacious cupboards but there were no shelves in them and there were no drawers for items of clothing etc. Also there was no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. This matters in a hotel where, apart from at breakfast, there is no catering service.

Wow, an amazing room ! Our room was acutely a suite, with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. It was absolutely beautiful with painted ceilings and artwork on all walls. The room was quiet, exceptionally well appointed and felt very safe.I have read other reviews were it is noted that the accomodation is more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and I can see why that may be said, but for us it was perfect. We had a couple of occasions to need to ask a question of staff and our host Marina answered us immediately and with the information we sought. Our check in and check out were seemless, and our request to leave bags for a couple of hours was happily agreed to. Thank you Marina for your attention to detail and looking us after so well.

Building was beautiful- furniture ornate with large room and gorgeous balcony. Digital communication was excellent and helpful and the location fabulous being close to restaurants and shops

Arrangement of airport collection was helpful, however the car had no air conditioning and it was hit. The driver could not speak any English and communication was difficult. The unique experience of telling other drivers off and tooting the horn in busy traffic areas was entertaining but soon became very annoying. Checkout is very early (10am), however receiving a knock on the door 10 minutes prior and told to leave room was unacceptable.

Beds were very comfortable. Great shower and extremely clean rooms and cleaned every day. Easy check in. Very quiet so could get a fabulous sleep.

Would have preferred an iron as we were staying for a week and also a kettle to make a coffee or tea when I needed one in the afternoon. Towels were all very small , like hand towels although there were enough of them. When breakfast starts being prepared for other guests in the morning the noise wakes you up if you’re in the next room so I couldn’t get to sleep on when I was tired.

the property is beautiful b&b with vintage style furniture and art. they place was quiet and clean and just a pleasure to be inside. it is more of a b&b and it is on the second floor of an apartment building- but they will wait for you to check in and be very accommodating. the host Mikkele was nice too. most people stay in the old town- but this is perfect if you want to do day trips or take the jungle walking tour as it is one block away from the train.

Great location. Large room. Although reception not manned all the time our arrival, departure and breakfast times were all dealt with by very friendly staff. Loved the big bath robes!

Getting in and out the property was a little bit tricky! Seemed odd to have to use a key to get out of the building - in the very unlikely event of a fire this may be a risk. Some drawers for clothes in the bedroom would have been nice.

Spectacular suite, spacious and very clean with daily breakfast and room service. Staff is excellent. Marina, our host, met us upon arrival and did a superb job to orient us to the room and suite services as well as the surrounding area and local restaurants. The suite is quiet with a lovely balcony overlooking the University of Bari.

About 15 minute walk to the beach and centro storico.

The property was well kept, central location, rooms very clean and good breakfast. The staff was very helpful particularly Marina who gave us very good tips and advice where to visit and make us feel like being home. She went the extra mile to accomodate our requests. Location is a short walk from central station and from the old city centre. highly recommended!

The location was perfect. The beds, pillows & linen were fantastic and the quality, fit and finish of everything was great.

The entrance was very plain and the property itself was poorly signed. Even the elevator had no signage?
