Staff is helpful and nice. Apartment is spacious, two separate rooms (one room has no air conditioning). Our windows were to the street, but when you close everything, there's not much noise. Fridge and everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Tidy, but not newly refurbished as someone described earlier. 13 euros by taxi to Pomodoro free public beach. Area looked safe for us. Walking distance from Brigata Bari metro station - direct trains to airport.

Walking distance to the old town - around 20 minutes. Not very far, but if you want to come and go again, especially with kids and in the heat +32, it looks far. And there's no direct public transport to the old town. As there was no breakfast offered, we could not find any nice restaurants near by or even small cafeteria.

The apartments were big and very well equipped. They clean the apartments daily if you request it. The staff is nice, they clean very efficiently and quickly. We had a big terrace with a great view to the back garden but there’s also a communal space on the top of the building with chairs and tables.

The location was a bit tricky since it was really close to supermarkets, bakery’s and fruit shop which is a big thumbs up. On the other hand it’s quite far from the old town and the beach (around 40 minutes walk). I would recommend choosing this place if you plan on driving around, don’t mind paying for taxis or if you like walking in unbearable heat.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. There is a lot of place for clothes and other stuff. Also it is pretty large, there are 2 rooms. I only took one photo of the “livingroom” The staff is very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean, and bright. The location is great, the old town is easily reachable with a bunch of different buses. By foot it takes around 10-15 minutes to reach the castle for example.

Maybe the only thing worth to mention is the view from the room. Obviously it is not the owners fault. And also it is not awful, just not the very best.

Near to Brigata Bari train station, which we used when we arrived, it is located at 15 minutes walking distance from Bari Centrale. Easy access on a late check-in, big rooms, with a balcony where we enjoyed our pizza and beers. Large bed, comfy pillows. Kitchen with anything you need, we had a bottle of water in the frigde when we arrived.

The bathroom is a little bit noisy, we could hear everyone else in the building but wasn't such a big problem.

Everything you may need you can find here. Exceptional cleanliness. All pleasant little things such as a list of nearby pizzerias (in my opinion Il Fornaccio offers the best panzerotti, Al Buco - traditional pizza), shops, ATM etc. A little bit far from tourist attractions but in a quite safe and quiet location.

Prolonged multiple rumble of moving furniture from above two nights in a row (after midnight). May be the host should write down house rules in big letters: Don't move furniture in the night!

A really nice property. Everyone is very polite. The beds and the pillows are really comfortable, which is very important when you are all day sightseeing and you can rest during the night. We stayed for a week. It is close to the city Center. It is very clean. My family and I really liked it. Definitely values for the money. Thank you, Visa Residence.

The apartment was spacious and had everything necessary. The location is pretty good, you can reach the city center in 15 mins by walking, there are supermarkets and fast food places nearby.

It was a bit cold in the apartment for my liking, only in the period of November-March can you use the heating system and the maximum is 19C. Also, one night it was a bit noisy, I think someone had a party in the neighborhood.

It was a bit chilly as the apartments are on seasonal heating but the beds were really warm with spare blankets. It’s also a bit of a walk from the old town and sea front but there are local restaurants etc nearby so you don’t have to go into the centre all the time.

It's a good place to stay. Calm and spacious. Room was on the basement floor, it was clean. Kitchen is small but if you want to cook, there are everything you need. Staff is friendly. Room is quite, but if somebody walks on the heels on the floor above you - you can hear it really well. 5 mins by walking to the supermarket.

The neighborhood itself doesn't look very good and safe. It is quite dirty, crowded. It's about 30 mins by walking to the city center. But anyway we didn't feel any dangerous in the area.

Very nice apartment. Clean, everything is working. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location, although it may seem cumbersome, turns out to be quite enjoyable. It is safe and, despite appearances, easy to get everywhere. We were very happy with this apartment.
