Room comfort: the bed, the desk, the shower my husband fell in love with, the mini-frig. The facilities: a lovely breakfast room with a lavish buffet plus eggs made to order, the garden-veranda, the roof-top bar. The location: across a side-street from the cathedral and halfway up the hill from the restaurants, promenade, gelaterias & boat-rides. Staff: all exceptionally pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. Convenience: their own parking garage right under the building.

Nothing. We could easily have spent a week if we had the time, but I wouldn't want to be in Baveno without a car.

Everything We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Al Campanile. The staff were amazing and the bed extra comfy, views stunning, spotlessly clean, perfect location would definately recommend and look forward to staying here again should we return..

Nothing to dislike

Large, new and fully equiped rooms, with beautifull view, very comfi and large beds. Good and tasty breakfast. The location is just near the lake and near the boats station. The service is exceptional!!! Everything was first class! The management of hotel is exceptional, helpfull, take a care about all you need and can think about.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, great location and great breakfast.

The parking is not free and costs 15 euro per day. When we booked the rooms we asked that they would be next to each other and we asked that one of the room would be with 2 separate beds, and when we arrived we found out that our requests were ignored. When we arrived to the hotel the man in the reception was not kind and was not willing to help.

Suite was great with a king bed and bathroom in the loft and a king bed and bathroom down below. Access to outside patio though multiple doors where there were multiple seating arrangements in a public area but there was no one using them. Staff was great and access to town was superb, We took advantage of the indoor garage parking for an extra fee.

No obvious place to park during check in. Signage could help.

Close to ferry, train station and town center. Very clean, spacious rooms and balconies. Good breakfast too.

Located very well: close to everything (ferry, train, bus, centre) but quiet though. Large, modern and very clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

I liked the location, the practically in the room and the experience (money vs value), the staff. Definitely a good experience and I would return to / suggest this hotel. The parking was very spacey and it was nice that the car was parked in a garage behind a gate, also since it was indoors- we’d find a “cool” car.

The upstair neighbors did make some noise by only walking around in the room- nothing outraging, but it did wake me up each night / morning (I have to say that I’m very sensitive to noises, my boyfriend didn’t notice anything). Maybe some soundproofing will do some good.

The amenities were top notice. Exceptionally clean. And knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Not that I didn’t like about them but more about me. I wished I had stayed longer.

We loved everything! The room was perfect, comfortable, clean , looks brand new! Bathroom was big and beautiful, we had everything we needed. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, service was above and beyond!! Highly recommended! Also, we took the private parking garage just below our room, with an elevator. it was very comfortable to transfer our luggage from the garage to our room.
