the room was very clean, the bed was big enough for two tall people (1.80 m and above) and it was quiet. We could have a good rest at night and all attractions are within a 15 max. 20 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hosts are very friendly and polite. Furthermore, there was a mini fridge, as well as a coffee machine and a tea kettle in the room. All in all, we had everything we needed for a short stay in Bologna and I would recommend this place 😊

the only thing that I noticed was that the sink was draining quite slowly, but this is something that can be easily fixed.

Good size room and bathroom - heated tile floors in bathroom were a nice touch in winter. Owner lived next door and he helped us with navigating the confusing parking rules so we didn't end up getting fined. Good location just outside of the busier areas but walking distance within 10-20 min of all the places we wanted to go. Coffee machine and some small snacks provided were welcome. Room was cleaned very well every day.

The lift serving the 7th floor unit is very small - not unusual in Italy. If you have 3 or more people, you need to either take turns, or someone has to use the stairs.

We arrived on a Sleeper train to Bologna at 6am and had contacted Francesco (super friendly) in advance to see if we could drop off our cases early and we were able to do so at 8am. When we arrived they'd fortunately had guests leave at 6am that day and had turned the room around already for our arrival so we were able to have some much needed sleep straightaway! The room is big and spacious and very clean. Just a short 10 min walk to the main square. It's an easy walk and you're immediately in the edges of the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Hosts allowed us to check in early which was a lifesaver. Very helpful and clean. Coffee was supplied which was nice. The room was nice.

A little difficult to find. The host wasn’t quite there upon arrival but we were able to get in with someone else. You had to follow a hallway around and then take the lift up to the 7th floor. Maybe just providing this information ahead of time would be good for future guests.

Very clean and spacious room. Aircon was great and host was responsive. Has a view into a courtyard with a small balcony.

A bit tricky to work out how to get in when you arrive, as it is located in an apartment block with a locked door on the street. You need to call the mobile number on the door and they will let you in. Go left at the top of the stairs then walk down the long corridor then right and up some stairs to take the tiny lift to level seven. Instructions from the host could be better as we had no idea what to do when we arrived.

The owner of the place was so polite and helpfull. the room was perfect and clean. we loved to stay there. It is also close to city center, so you dont need to take a bus or etc to visit the city. Also the owner of the hotel helped us about the transportation to the airport: if you are a family, instead of taking the train to the airport, take a taxi and pay less ;)

there is only one thing that I can mention. if you have heavy luggages, be prepared for the following: it takes a bit time to reach to the room from the entrance of the building, some stairs and slow elevator.

Nice room and close to train station and where we wanted to go.

It was hard to find. We found the doorway, and we had to walk down some long dark hallways and upsteps to find it. We were helped by another couple staying there, from Belgium and spoke both French and English. They understood that we were on the 7th floor. Only 1 person could us the Elevator at a time. Once we got to the location everything was fine. We were given a ticket to go a few doors down for our breakfast the next day. Not used to that but the food was good.

It was easy parking and a short walk to the building to find B&B Chez Moi. Francesca was very nice and he provided a map and a reference book with info about Bologna and the neighborhood. The room is very modern and spacious with a hot pot and a refrigerator. We had breakfast in our room.

Once we got in the building it was a bit hard to find. It is a large apartment building and you have to go up and down a lot of stairs before you get to the elevator. The B&B can then be found on the seventh floor.

The place is in a perfect location, very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. It very easy to get around and within walking distance to the most famous attractions in the city. Our host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Bologna. Totally recommend it.

This B&B offers a good room and a pleasant bathroom. No breakfast but there is bar 50 meters from the entrance. Not too far from the real city center.

Complicated entrance. You have to go up stairs, then go down again, walk a corridor and find the small lift. The appartement is at the 7th floor.
