Everything was just great, from the host - Donato is super nice, welcoming and gave us a lot of tips - to the location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and about the same from the city center (less than 20 minutes from Piazza Grande). The studio was pretty, spacious, modern, clean and had everything we could possibly need (e.g.: real Italian coffee, everything for cooking, even washing machine). When we arrived, the host made sure there were water and other drinks at our disposal. We stayed 4 nights and he paid us Italian breakfast in a close by bar for 2 days. We could store the luggage and used the room for a little while even after the official check-out time, which was very kind and of course handy. I definitely recommend this accommodation, and I will book it again myself should I go back to Bologna.

Great B&B in the center of Bologna. Our apartment was lovely - bright, clean and very well equipped, we enjoyed the comfy bed and the terrace, also the breakfast and snacks available the entire day. The biggest plus of this property is its owner - Donato is the nicest host ever - super kind and friendly, he went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including early checkin & quick booking of a taxi at when we ran out of time - thank you very much for everything! Excellent service and awesome host, highly recommended!

Very nice host with very personal service. Great amenities like fresh fruit and water, access to fridge and basic kitchen including microwave. Bed was very nice and had outside shutters so very dark. Nice pillows and linens. The outside deck was very nice.

Location was a bit of a walk to the old town where majority of sights and restaurants are. The bath has an automatic light and fan so if one person goes to the restroom in the middle of the night the other is woken up.

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, and everything was very clean. Good wi-fi. Although I didn´t use it, there is an well-equipped common kitchen. Donato was a very nice and helpful host. It’s possible to walk to the historical center, and to the train station. Both around 15 mins.

Everything was great!! The room was super clean and Donato had already opened the AC so we found an already cozy room which was very appreciated. It had all the necessities that a hotel would have, we needed nothing more. The view was nice since it is at the 6th floor and even if the road below was quite busy, we couldn't hear anything really and we slept peacefully at night 😴 😴 It was also a 10 minutes walk from both the city center and from the train station, so it is a great spot to stay. Donato was an excellent host, so helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions for good restaurants. 👍😀

Nothing bad to say.

I had to make a booking in Bologna last minute and was not disappointed. It was a beautiful studio, an upgrade that was a nice surprise to get after a long day traveling! The host is amazing - great English, contact, information, help, understanding… really outstanding I only had the one night and then left for the train station in the morning - which was conveniently very close.. great! Tea and coffee facilities, including a pod machine, kitchenette, comfy bed, tv, cool view from the window .. Absolutely stunning - I highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The owner of the estudio was really friendly and gave me some recomendations. The location is great, 15 minutes walking to the centre. The estudio was super close to the bus stop. The bed was very confortable and the badroom was modern and nice.

The only thing is that you can hear quite a lot the street and traffic. Also the inside building, but although traveling alone, I always felt safe.

The location was very quiet for sleeping and the apartment very clean with everything we needed. The short cycle washing machine was useful. It was an easy walk to the centre, as well as good for the station and airport. The host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local eating.

It was very expensive but that was due to the huge classic car event in the city which we were visiting.

The place is really amazing. We decided to go for a week to Italy with Bologna as our place to stay. Before arrival the host contacted us. We have planned to visit some places by train. Our host gave us he tips how to prepare the jorney. The room was big and very comfortable. In the bathroom was everything that we would had needed. For us it was really important that the place was very clean. There was AC and really comfy bed The location was great. From one side really close by feet to Bologna city center. From other side on the days when we were visiting Florence, Milano, Verona we could easily walk 12 minutes to the train station. We had really good contact with your host all the time and he took care that we felt comfotable in the room. Really that place is worth to stay at.

Bologna was so nice to us because we stayed at this property and the host made our stay so pleasant. We arrived late after midnight and Donato met us, let us in, showed and explained things and was so kind! The place is so clean and comfortable and convenient. We had a good time resting and staying in the center walking distance was great. View on the arch, being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy it! Bakery and cafes down stairs. We had a great stay and I recommend!
