Staff were very easy to reach and responsive. Very clear check-in instructions given beforehand. The room came with a folder with all the information we would need. Lots of free on street parking right outside. Clean and comfortable apartment. Shower was very good. Breakfast was included which had a nice selection.

Beware there is no lift up to the apartment which is on the second floor but this didn’t bother us too much. There is space to stop after each flight of stairs to take a rest in needed.

The apartment was clean and had all we needed. Having the washing and drying facility in the apartment was great. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

One of our members was gluten free and this was not catered for even when I asked. In the information provided they said eggs but there were none. This would have been good for her and a piece of fruit.

Clean, nicely equipped apartment with two bedrooms in the residential area of Bologne. Everything we needed was there. Well prepared welcome pack. Great helpful hosts.

Not central location in Bolonia (ca.15min drive) but we didnt mind and it suited our travel plan.

Very helpful Host. All is extreamly well organised and documented in the Hand book. I really feel many people who rent facility can learn from him. Facility was clean and tidy. Surrounding is good and building is well maintained.

All doors make quite a noise while closing or opening. It is bit far from train stations( takes ~25- 30 mins end to end) but directly connected by bus 11.

Good communication, pretty neighbourhood, creative solution for self-service breakfast, awesome room "manual"!

Guest in other room came and went at surprising hours, generating a bit more noise than expected. No air conditioning can be a little tough in summer, but ceiling fans were ok. City center is a solid 20' of driving away.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen and full details of how to use all the appliances. Check in was through a security box and worked really well as we weren't entirely sure what time we would arrive but didn't need to worry. The breakfast was already in the apartment. It's in a quiet residential location with easy parking. Within a 5 minute walk there are shops, restaurants and a larger supermarket.

I think I took the best decision with this accommodation. This is located in a peaceful place, not far away from the bus station. I really enjoyed to sleep in a classic house because its bolognese style brought me for real in that world. Everything was perfect even if it was just for one night! I would totally recommend it!

The host is very responsive. The fridge well equipped and has everything you might need. The breakfast is a great addition. The option to have it in the balcony was everything! I have never seen a cleaner place! We had a great experience staying here and I recommend it to everyone without a doubt.

clean, great host - you can contact him, he always writes you back. great neighbourhood, take a walk to the city Center ! it is not so close but we did not mind. you can always take a bus
