Personally met by the host who gave some very good advice on places to eat and the gelatateria🤗 which we simply loved. A big room in a historic building as the host had described and really good location to the centre of historic Bologna and explore all the nearby attractions including food , gardens and shopping The host provided a selection for breakfast and appreciated his efforts to get gluten free stuff for my sis.

Tha place is located on a slightly busy street and due to the heat we kept the beautiful large windows open so a bit noisy but got used to it!

Great place to be based in the centre of Bologna. Easy to reach on foot from the train station which has a direct line from the airport. We had a very spacious room with a separate but private bathroom with shower which was just what we needed. The room was clean and well equipped with high ceiling with big windows and shutters. Met on arrival and chatted for a while so we were able to get recommendations for places to eat which were spot on. Also key places to visit while we were there. There are a few things to know though...they are not negatives as such so although mentioned in places in reviews etc that there is breakfast there is infact no food available and you are not allowed to eat in the room. Coffee and 2 small bottles of water provided with a coffee machine just outside the room on the first day and so we assumed they would be topped up every day. Had to ask for more the second day and ok but not available the next as they had run out... So make sure you have at least some bottled water for overnight. The room is on the second floor and the building is next to some very busy roads so a lot of noise.

Very nice apartment in a central location,within walking distance to the centre. The room was spacious and there was a nespresso machine as well. The host was very helpful with tips about restaurants and local food. Lots of towels and bathroom stuff provided.

The instructions on how to reach the apartment could be clearer (we were instructed to take the blq bus from the airport and nobody there knew this bus) also the bathroom could be a bit more clean. Other than that, everything was fine and we would definitely recommend the place.

The size of the bedroom and the antique furniture! It was a very comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and informative about how to enjoy Bologna.

Basically nothing! It was a little hard to close the curtains in the bedroom, which made it difficult to keep early morning light out of the room. Otherwise, no complaints.

This property was very homey and comfortable. It was in a great location close to everything in Bologna and near the nice restaurants. It was very safe and secure also. The host, Nick, was incredibly attentive and helpful and provided great recommendations -especially for the best gelato. We loved our stay.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room in very pleasant neighbourhood and only a 10 minute walk to the historic centre of Bologna. The host was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of room to hang clothes; good bathroom facilities. The building was quiet.

This place is in a great location - very close walking distance to the centre and a big park on the other side should you wish to get some tranquillity. Nicolas was really great providing a map with some recommendations- I found this more useful than I thought I would. Love the room espresso machine too!

Nothing really!

The reception we received from nick was exceptional. He was so welcoming and helpful, he gave us plenty of great recommendations. The room and building is gorgeous, it perfectly fits the style of the city and the bed was by far the comfiest I have slept on whilst on a trip. I cannot recommend it enough, absolutely amazing value and it made our trip perfect.

Lovely rooms in an old apartment. Private bathroom but not attached to the room. Beautiful big windows and nice outlook.

We had requested a double bed but it was two single beds. Too noisy to have the windows open so had to have the fan running all the time. It wasn't expensive so I suppose you get what you pay for. A little hard to find the apartment.

Location and setting as well as the fact that it was a traditional house in Bologna

It was slightly cold in the room probably due to the fact that it was raining. I am sure that If we had asked for a heating device we would have gotten one but we did not stay long in the room.
