It was great place with a lot of space and near the festival we were going to see. Only 30 minute walk from the station. The host was really kind and was responding really quickly. The informations for the self check-in were really easy to follow. There was some food, juice and other stuff. The climatisation is working really well so you won't feel to hot.

The insonorisation isn't that great but it's a really calm neighborhood. There wasn't much pression in the shower and the floor of the shower was with little rocks making it difficult to clean so some hair could have been stuck. But it's really details and we were more than happy to be there. Never found something better for the price anywhere else.

The apartment was very nice, and felt safe with two locked gates even though it was on the ground floor (the neighbourhood felt safe too!). The location was OK even though it is about a 30 min walk from the city centre. There is a large supermarket just 300m away and a bus stop just around the corner (the bus was inexpensive, ran often and took us to the city center in about 10 minutes). The host was super friendly and gave us really clear instructions on the check-in and everything about the apartment. There were a lot of snacks and cold drinks waiting for us, which was a nice and appreciated extra! The shower was roomy and had hot water. The bed was a bit soft for us (we like them rock hard), but there was a selection of different pillows. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc we needed.

These are things we could live with/without, but for that 10/10 experience we missed a full-length mirror (there was only a vanity mirror in the bathroom) and the air-conditioning didn't seem to reach the upper floor where the bed was (we didn't even try readjusting the settings, so this might have been solved with a different mode). The apartment was a bit far from the city center, but this wasn't really a problem as the bus was really easy to use once our feet grew tired of walking :-)

Everything was perfect! Communication with the host was great and we were able to self-check-in smoothly. The apartment is super cute, super clean, comfortable and functional. I could live there full time and I'd be delighted! The area feels safe. It's far enough from the centre that you can live like a local, but close enough that you can enjoy all that Bologna has to offer. It's also quiet. I'm hoping to visit Bologna again and for sure I'll come back to Metroloft when I do!

Very nice place in a great and quiet neighborhood. Great contact with Lorenzo, easy check-in and check-out. Kitchen fully stocked, nice touch with the snacks and drinks. We had a great time here.

The water heater did buzz quite loud when heating water so as someone who needs perfect silence when falling asleep I found it slightly annoying. However, simple ear plugs did the job.

We had amazing stay. Our host there is the best host ever, we felt very welcome in Metroloft. The area is safe, place is gated. You have your own frontyard to enjoy some coffee outside. Apartament is well equipped, you have there everything you need. Comfy bed. And the design - fantastic. Short walk distance to historic city centre or in case there is plenty bus options. I recommend Metroloft and I wish I could be back there soon.

For a modest price you get a whole private house. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped. Cheers to the host, I have never received such detailed instructions on every aspect of checking in and out. All in all a great place, I can only recommend.

It would be great to have one more mirror in the apartment (there is only one there, in the bathroom).

Felt homely, with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and lots of packaged food products provided), washing machine (including liquid and airer) and a nice courtyard.

It maybe was a little far from centre, like 25 mins walk maybe. The walk was fine though, on roads with footpaths

Lorenzo was an exceptional host who managed the accommodation to perfection, making it one of the best we have encountered in Italy. The apartment exuded a delightful ambiance and was spotlessly clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. We extend our warmest thanks to Lorenzo for his kind hospitality.

beautiful loft in renovated industrial building. fully stocked with everything you need and more. both bed and soda bed very comfortable and with perfect airco to escape the city heat.
