The hotel is located in a nice calm area about 20 minutes walk from the train station with several nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. I would definitely come back next time I stay in Bologna.

Considering the overall high standard of the hotel, we were negatively surprised by the staff. Even though they were friendly, there were several misunderstandings during our stay. First, we were told that we did not pay for the stay and need to do it again (we did pay in advance). We were given a receipt with a completely different sum, which turned out to be for a different room. Later, when we asked for a second card, we discovered it did not work. Turned out, they again activated it for a different room number! And when we were leaving, they told us we should pay for parking and some things for the minibar - we used none of it and did not have a car. It may be that their IT system did not work but from a 4 star hotel, I would expect to have these basic things sorted.

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful front desk, clean everywhere including in public toilet and elevator. Location is decent with frequent bus 25 line at 4 minutes walk. Also ok for shopping in a very nearby shopping centre. The rooms were also quiet enough, with slight noises from adjacent rooms that did not bother us. After some trying, we also managed to keep the airco silent during the night.

Breakfast was good but the dinner we took in the restaurant was not comparable to what we could eat in town for comparative or lower prices. Mainly lack taste. Service was friendly but slower than what we had elsewhere.

That the quality of food vas very good and ingredients were fresh (breakfast experience). Friendly and helpful personel. Comfortable beds and quite localisation.

We stayed for four days, and to our disappointment, the breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout our entire stay. Each day, we were served the exact same options, which became monotonous and repetitive. It would greatly improve the breakfast experience if the hotel could expand the selection of vegetables beyond just tomatoes and salad. Additionally, the variety of hot dishes could be enhanced (current options: scrambled eggs, mushroom sauce, and fried eggs.) Adding these choices would provide more diversity and cater to different preferences. What I missed the most was a kettle in the room. Especially in the evenings, when we returned after a long hike, having a large cup of tea would have been a wonderful way to unwind and complete the day.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, they took us through a city map and locations to go too and also advised us on how to get into the city using the bus service. The room and ensuite were excellent and the bed was bigger than King Size and it was comfortable. The room had a coffee machine as well as kettle with instant coffee and also tea bags. Every day we came back to the room, the room had been cleaned and it looked like new bedding was put on the bed every day, so the cleaning of the room was also excellent. The selection at breakfast was fantastic one of the best I have seen in Hotels I have stayed in.

This isn't what I didn't like, a suggestion would be to have a list of TV Channels on the desk and prices for the Mini Bar.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big shower room. Breakfast is great, lots of variety and good food, as expected of Italy. There's a rooftop garden with a jacuzzi, bean bags and a few tables, where you can hang out, very nice during the evenings. Location is ok, in a quiet residential area with a few other hotels. There's a bus station very close by from where you can take the bus to both the city center and the train station on the same line, with the rides taking around 10 and 15 minutes respectively.

The restaurant doesn't serve dinner on Sundays. The lounge bar served drinks quite slowly. All in all, only nitpicks.

On a girls trip with my mum. The location, the jacuzzi on the terrasse, the entrance of the hotel, the cleanliness and how staff was proactive when raising an issue were all positives. Although communication was not clear about the mini bar as we thought it was accessible for free but actually not however when this was discussed with the manager she was extremely professional and did not charge us so this was the highlight of our stay. Staff always helpful, multilingual amongst themselves, polite and always smiling.

No particular complain about the room nor the facilities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Being our first time in Bologna, they explained us how to move around the city by bus and also by car (we rented a car for a few days). The parking spot provided at an extra cost, was at the basement and accessible directly from the hotel's elevators. A reservation sign was put to indicate our parking spot. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was rich and served in a large space; it was very easy to find a table even on the busiest days.

Friendly staff, modern hotel. Where I was complaining before about quality and lack of maintenance in Italian hotels, this one was fresh and clean. The location is a bit far from the city centre which i knew in advance. I didnt mind, the weather was great so i had a nice walk. Also in town you can find the electric bycicles ( also non electric ones ) everywhere so if you are too tired to walk back you just take one of those. Just keep in mind that they cant be parked in front of the hotel. Theres a small shopping centre on the other side where its allowed to parc them. I got an upgrade when I arrived in a bigger room. The room was nice with everything you needed. The coffee machine was much appreciated. I had a very early departure (4am) and while waiting for the taxi I was offered free coffee and snacks they had a selection of snacks, fruits, and even Italian croissants. Very attentive.

One of the most comfortable beds I have been in, I loved the bathroom, spacious, clean, stocked with towels and toiletries. It had very nice furniture, also had a coffee machine, and a kettle for tea. they have parking for our car, and it was quite easy to park. Breakfast was great too, good variety! The front desk was so helpful and attentive, specially Al, she was the best. We'll be back!!!

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like, If anything, maybe the distance from downtown, but it takes less than 8 minutes by taxi, and it cost us 10 Euros. Definitely you'll be pleased if you stay at this Hotel!

The staff at the hotel were all so helpful and friendly - they made us feel so well looked after and as if nothing was too much trouble. We lost some items in a taxi and they managed to get them back for us, even though by then we had left Bologna. The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent - large, comfortable, really clean. It is an easy 30 minute walk into the centre of beautiful Bologna - or sometimes we took a bus. Buses are easy - you can use your credit card on the validation machines on board
